本当に素晴らしいスタッフ

スタッフの真心溢れるおもてなし
女将はじめ心優しい女性スタッフの皆様方

リノベーションできてない一部。

朝、夕食共にとても豪華で、美味しかったです。スタッフの対応も丁寧でとてもよかったです。
　天気が悪かったですが、ロケーションは最高で、是非、晴れた日に来たいと思いました。

食事は満点。いままでで一番よかったと思います。特に鮑の踊り食いが美味しかった。
Pros:

食事が大変素晴らしく、美味しかった。

Cons:

施設が古いせいか、露天風呂の階段が急勾配で、足が悪い人には難しかった。せめて、昇降機など設備を整えていただきたい。

好美的伊勢灣海景！有露天池跟大浴場溫泉泡起來皮膚是滑的！超舒服！每位員工都十分盡責與熱情！晚餐吃了伊勢龍蝦生魚片 .懷石料理！ 早餐十分美味！ 真的不虛此行！我還會再回來的！ 謝謝招待😘😘😘😘！

プランはお得感があるが寝る時は加湿器があると欲しい！

美味しい料理

料理の質、従業員のおもてなしがよかった

Cons:

館内に古い設備があり、改装されるといいと思う。ふすまを開ける時、キーッと音が鳴るのは気になった。和式トイレがまだあり、洋式にした方がよいと思う

鳥羽はどこも高く、泊まって良かった
Pros:

高台にあり、部屋から見えるビューが、最高
ベトナムからの従業員が多いとの口コミがあったが、
皆さん、とても日本語を勉強されており、交換が持てました。普段なら注文しない追加の料金も追加しました。

Cons:

ウェルカムドリンクは、抱負であったが、
食後のコーヒーがなく、食事時にもフリードリンクを飲みたい人が多く、改善されるとお得感が増えます。
