Location wise it’s convenient in Seomyeon, restaurants opened til after midnight but started late in the afternoon. My room (6th floor) was spacious. Water pressure was good. Toilet is separate from bathroom.

Cons:

Property is quite old. I got room on the 6th floor which was a bit brighter (interior wise) than the 5th fl. Bed is hard. We got extra matras (thin) for a fair fee. If the hotel is expecting foreign guests, they should provide more English manual.

値段が高すぎ。諦めしかない。
Pros:

西面駅から近い

Cons:

西面の繁華街の中でも入り組んでいて、治安悪めの場所です。窓を閉めていても、一晩中音楽と人の話し声が結構な音量で聞こえます。
完全なラブホですが、観光客もいます。また泊まるかと言えば、もう泊まることはない、もっと良いホテルは沢山あるだろうと思いました。

宿泊施設が他になかったので、仕方ない。全て我慢。

Cons:

冷房が壊れてた
イベントによる宿泊費が高すぎる。韓国政府も統制するみたいなことを言っているので、もっと適正な価格てお願いします。

寛げませんでした。
Pros:

駅から近く、便利でした。Netflixなどが見放題で良かったです。冷房はきちんと効いていました。

Cons:

ボロボロの机や壁、繕った跡やシミがうっすら残る布団、コンセントの埃、外れかけている浴室の換気扇などあまりに設備がひどく、気持ちのいい滞在とはとても言えませんでした。ロケーションも繁華街の中なので、夜はホテルの前で大勢の人がタバコを吸い、部屋まで大音響が響いてきました。翌朝の通りはゴミだらけです。

チェックイン前の手荷物預かりもしてくれました。

Cons:

エアコンの動作音が大きくて、周りの部屋の人に申し訳なく、動作時間を最低限でしか使えませんでした。

匂いがきつかったので、何を食べても美味しく感じなかった所

コンサートの際の利用
チェックインが深夜0時30分頃になったのですが、駅からホテルまで賑やかな飲食店が並んでおり、人もたくさんいたので、安心してホテルまで行ける治安の良さ

Cons:

お部屋がタバコの匂いと下水の様な匂いがする
エアコンをつけると、より一層タバコの匂いがきつく、いたたまれなかった

テレビの付け方がわからなかったです。
環境が飲食店街でしたので、週末ということもありにぎやでした。
