Perfect break, weather exceptional and delightful location, our eve meal was v.gd too

Exceptionally clean, bright and white with modern pale wood furniture was spot on, receptionist extremely helpful ,chatty and pleasant. Breakfast was simple but good quality and the homemade yoghurt was delicious. Would definitely recommend, perfect location too. Five stars

Cons:

Bottle of water and a light was needed on the keypad at the entrance late at night, a vending machine maybe for soft drinks/water. You should also look into the bad smell as you come through the Hotel door, maybe some refuse and food is not cleared away adequately. But I have to say we were overall very impressed and happy with our stay, Thankyou

bien situé avec les inconvenients d un secteur piétonnier
Pros:

chambre spatieuse et tres propre, salle de bain vraiement grande et surtout wc séparé. Decor minimaliste. Accueil pour 15 euro de notre petit chien avec un panier confortable pour la nuit et une gamelle d'eau. Une terrasse pour le petit déjeuner cotinental très convenable, permet de l'apprécier avec notre animal. Literie convenable et assez bonne isolation par rapport à l 'exterieur bruyant.

Cons:

Manque d'un coffre en chambre et une porte d'entrée avec un gond de porte trop puissant qui fait la fait claquée. De plus l'emplacement en plein centre ville et secteur piéton fait que les livraisons du matin en restauration det bar vous réveillent de très bonne heure. L'accès à l'hotel en voiture entre 10 H et 20 H peu être très compliqué car en secteur piétonnier.

Le prix pour une nuit n’inclut pas la propreté des literies.
Pros:

Merci à la dame de l’accueil qui est intervenu rapidement pour nous donner de nouveaux draps (malheureusement sales aussi malgré sa bonne foi)

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une nuit, lorsque nous nous sommes couché nous avons découvert des draps sales, tachés par des traces de sang.
Nous avons donc contacté l’accueil qui nous a rapidement répondu et s’est déplacé pour nous changer les draps. Malheureusement, eux aussi étaient tachés.
Le lendemain lors de notre Check out, la directrice de l’établissement présente, nous lui avons expliqué le désagrément. Ce à quoi elle nous a répondu : « cela n’est jamais arrivé ». Nous avons donc demandé un geste et nous a proposé un remboursement de 10€.
Sans excuse de leur part et avec une attitude désintéressé de notre problème. Nous avons refusé ce foutage de gueule. (Voir les photos ci joint)

Gute Lage an einem wunderschönen Ort.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. Schönes grosses Zimmer und alles war sauber.

Cons:

Durch die Zentrumsnähe war am Morgen relativ viel Lärm - Anlieferungen für die Restaurants, Reinigung der Strassen.

Très agréable, village magnifique.
Pros:

Localisation , personnel très sympathique et professionnel , chambre vue port , bonne literie.

Cons:

Tasse du petit déjeuner sans anse , pas de canderel , pas de corbeille à papier dans la chambre et autres détails perfectibles.

L´hôtel situé en plein centre de Saint Martin, donnant directement sur le port

Cons:

Chambre très sommaire, équipements PMR. Sans aucune table pour poser un ordinateur.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner trop cher ( 11 euros ) deux mini viennoiseries une moitié de baguette, café filtre et un yaourt c’est léger pour le prix .
