Fantastic Brook Lodge

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Am Ankunftszag, war das Zimmer nicht gut geputzt - Badboden mit Zahnpastaflecken der Vorgänger, Teppich nicht gesaugt. Die zuständige Rezeptionistin war sehr bemüht und versuchte etwas Gleichmut reinigen und hat dafür gesorgt, dass es am nächsten Tag richtig sauber war.

Breakfast was fab, room was fab, parking was ideal, free prosecco was a lovely surprise

Air con didn't work, stains on single bed sheets, some staff were OK, some not so friendly, very quiet and hard to find someone at front desk

Excellent location. Lovely breakfast. Clean comfortable room and bathroom.
