Short but comfortable stay...
Pros:

Comfortable beds and pillows, great AirCo. Grreat space in the room for the 5 of us. Lovely coffee machine.

Cons:

I would really like to have known at the time of booking that we were going to be in the seperate building. Just for the sake of dragging suitcases on very bumpy pathways and back to the main hotel for storing.

it was OK
Pros:

- we liked the location of the hotel - very near to the tower
- the room was nice and spacey
- all in all was convenient, but nothing special

Cons:

- the small square in front of the hotel was under reconstruction
- no breakfast possiility (but MCD and a cafe just opposite to the hotel)

Todo. Excelente atención y ubicación.

Cons:

Que el edifico alterno está un poco retirado. Pero a pesar de la distancia las instalaciones estuvieron súper cómodas y full el servicio.

Family stay
Pros:

The room was absolutely spotless and the staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The main hotel is right outside the tower walls. If you book one of the rooms in the other building it's a maybe 5 min walk so not too far but you won't be right beside the tower.

Location great but that’s the only thing going for it

Very old tired room and furniture, unclean - dirty curtains, dust, dirt in the ceiling, building site outdoors we were not informed off. Extremely noisy even throughout the night. Walls were thin, doors slamming, could hear people talking. Thank goodness it was only one night else we would have moved elsewhere

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Location was excellent, right outside the gate to Tower. Room was very comfortable and quiet. They had a nice patio area out back were we usually enjoyed our breakfast from Posto across the square. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful.

Ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

Justo al lado de la Piazza del Duomo. Es muy cómodo. La pastelería de enfrente tenía unos dulces típicos espectaculares.

Cons:

La cama tenía dosel y al moverte hacía ruido. En general estaba limpio, pero las lámparas tenían polvo de varios meses.

Posizione eccellente (5 minuti a piedi dalla torre). Una delle due ragazze alla reception gentilissima e disponibile. Signora delle pulizie gentilissima.

Cons:

Non c'era il bidet nel bagno! Non c'era possibilita di fare colazione in albergo. La televisione della camera non funzionava. Non c'è nessuno di notte. Non c'era saponetta nel bagno (nemmeno su richiesta). Bagno piccolo un pó asfissiante e senza finestra. Frigorifero in camera runoroso. Prezzo troppo alto.
