Déçue.
Pros:

L’emplacement de la salle de pdj. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La chambre : nous avions réservé une chambre triple deluxe et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un autre bâtiment derrière l’hôtel. La chambre qui nous a été attribué ne donnait pas du tout sur la ville mais sur l’arrière de ce bâtiment où était entassés du matériel de maçonnerie et des vélos.

Een absolute aanrader in de buurt van Nice (luchthaven).
Pros:

Leuke relatief kleine kamer in het hoofdgebouw met balkon (2 stoelen + tafeltje) met uizicht op de zee. Kleine badkamer met ruime regendouche. Apart toilet.
Lift
Buitenterrassen op de begane grond of 1e verdieping. Hebben 's ochtends steeds buiten ontbeten.
Betalende privé-parkeerplaats beschikbaar mits reservatie. Zeker aan te bevelen indien met auto of huurauto.
Heel leuk restaurant met half-pension of à la carte aanbod (3-gangen menu aan 42,-€/pp - excl. dranken). Heel lekker en uiterst verzorgd. Zeker de prijs waard.
Voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt.
Station op wandelafstand.

Cons:

Wat meer afwisseling in het ontbijtaanbod had gemogen, maar verder niets op aan te merken. Alles was er en ruim voldoende.

Perfekt für Meer und Stadterlebnis Nizza.
Pros:

Das freundliche personal und das leckere Frühstück. Außerdem die Lage direkt am Strand und nicht weit von der Bahnstation.

Cons:

Dass der Safe im Zimmer nicht fest im Schrank verbaut war und das Waschbecken im Zimmer 20 cm zu hoch angebracht ist.

Spitzen- und laute Lage zum Schlafen und Frühstücken ohne Badezimmererlebnis

der Empfang war in Ordnung, die Lage war sehr gut und das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und ziemlich vornehm.
Der äussere Eindruck der Location war in Ordnung und machte einen sauberen Eindruck.

Cons:

Schon alleine der Gang zum Zimmer war sehr eng. Man bekam Platzangst. Mit einem Koffer links und einen rechts, konnte man den Gang nicht ungehindert durchlaufen. Obwohl es ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick war, war der Meerblick durch eine Sichtschutzwand versperrt. Also wäre "mit seitlichem Meerblick" zutreffender gewesen. Draussen auf dem Balkon war natürlich ein Höllenlärm durch den Verkehr weil direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Zurück zum Zimmer: es war sehr eng um das Bett. Zwei Personen konnten nicht nebeneinander laufen. Das grausamste war das Badezimmer. Ein nachträglich hineingebaute Badezimmer. Man musste zuerst 2 Stufen hoch hochsteigen um hinein zu gelangen um dann sich in einem Badezimmer mit Fliesen und Zubehör aus den 70-80 er Jahren zu befinden. Ramponiert und schmuddelig. Es machte keinen Spass sich darin zu befinden. Badezimmertür und Zimmertür verklemmten sich ineinander weil die Badtür grösser war als die Gangbreite. Fehlkonstruktion. Zum Schluss: weil ein paar Fläschchen Mineralwasser ja ssoo wahnsinnig teuer sein können, bekommt man eine kleine Karaffe dahingestellt mit "trinkbarem" Leitungswasser. Respekt;)
