Staff friendly, hotel nice
No air conditioning at present. Bathroom needs updating.
Breakfast was very well presented - a good variety and selection of all types of breakfast, they were very happy to accommodate fussy eaters too :)
Room - it was extremely hot weather when we visited, and being on the top floor the ventilation was poor. We had two fans in the room, and it still wasn't enough so I had to keep the door ajar to get a breeze through - it's not to do with the room, just the weather!
The restaurant was absolutely lovely! the food was amazing, would love to go back for those delicious "drunken prawns!"
Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The EV charger was available when I needed it.
Also there is a gorgeous little lounge which was perfect for relaxing in the evening.
The cleanliness in the room could have been better. In the hidden areas, eg behind the blinds, and skirtings etc, was dusty and cobwebs, a few bugs and at least one spider... could do with a deep clean. The maintenance is old but functional, could do with a modernised bathroom. Nothing major that interfered with our stay or comfort level.
A good small hotel right in the centre of Bingham. The parking is a real plus. Breakfast was delicious.

Well-located hotel in the centre of Bingham, easy to drive to and park. Cosy and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast in the morning - all at a good rate!
Whilst the room had been done up very well, it seemed like the bathroom had been forgotten about. Although at first glance it seemed clean enough, the tiling in the shower area looked a little grotty, which was a bit unappealing.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.
Decoration in the corridors was a bit odd, looked like they had half painted and not finished. Not sure if this is work in progress as there were no notices to advise. Bathrooms need some attention and are very small.

We arrived on Sunday and the Chinese restaurant was serving all you could eat freshly cooked food. it was delicious and very reasonably priced. It also had a really nice atmosphere. The room was fine, clean and well looked after.
Porridge was very thin. Toast more like warm bread. Very good choice of items but no fresh fruit
Mattress was very uncomfortable
