Bedlinen and towel are changed once every 3 days, when the apartment is cleaned.

A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 20:00 check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The usage of the kitchen is not included in the rate. An extra charge will be applied according to consumption of electricity/gas.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Basic hotel for several weeks in Florence.
Pros:

The one-bedroom was spacious. This is not a luxury hotel but it is acceptable. Florence is an expensive city and the POP Apartment costs less than many others and will allow longer stays. The staff at the front desk are helpful and speak English. Small bathroom and shower, but excellent hot water and strong water pressure. Small functional kitchen. Housekeeping (change of sheets) was every three days. It is near a tram station into the center of Florence. A short walk to local cafes and shops. We were there with a group and there were meeting spaces for the group which was a bonus.

Pros:

Melhor hotel que ficamos na Europa até o momento. Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável.
Chuveiro bom, apesar do Box pequeno.
Tem um bom elevador e fica próximo à estação de tran.
A recepção foi muito simpática, coisa não muito comum por aqui.

Cons:

Único ponto negativo é que não tem café da manhã no local. Mas o café que eles indicam é muito bom.

A very good place to stay for as long as you need.
Pros:

Excellent well-appointed apartment in a modern building in a convenient location near T2 tram stop. Very friendly ands helpful staff.

Cons:

More comfortable easy chairs, and some tea-bags as well as coffee !!

Das Zimmer und der dafür bezahlte Preis waren okay. Der Service war schlecht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und okay. Der Preis etwa dem, was wir erwartet hatten. Frühstück gab es in einer Bar rund 300 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Mit dem Gutschein gab es einen Kaffee oder einen Cappuccino und ein Süssgebäck. Zusätzliche Speisen mussten bezahlt werden. Die Lage hätte besser sein können. Es dauerte, bis wir herausgefunden hatten, welchen Bus wir für die Fahrt ins Zentrum von Florenz nehmen mussten.

Cons:

Der Service war schlecht. Dreimal haben wir uns beklagt, dass das Waschbecken im WC mit schmutzigem Wasser gefüllt sei, Trotzdem wurde der defekte Abfluss nicht repariert.

une très belle étape finalement proche de tout
Pros:

l'accueil très sympathique, les conseils, la chambre, la petite cafétéria avec des produits de la région à 200 m. 200 m. le tram T2 qui vous emmène au cœur de Florence en 10 minutes. la petite cour intérieure accessible

Cons:

j'avais compris que le parking était compris mais en fait on a dû trouver une place dans le quartier. nous avons eu de la chance, ça s'est bien passé.

Cons:

Все испортилось по сравнению с декабрем 2018 года, набрали персонал из стран Латинской Америки который кроме как испанский никакой другой не понимает, обман с номером в описании бронирования был другой номер и по размерам и по оснащению, в частности номер должен был быть с плитой, ее не было, принесли за доплату в 28 евро на возражения что бронь предусматривала плиту сказали это Booking неправильное дал описание, за утюг просили залог 20 евро, такого нет нигде!!!! Просто ужас полное расстройство больше сюда ни ногой.

It was just ok. I would not book the same place again.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The rooms are cleaned only after 3 nights of stay and they do not provide extra towels. I had a garden unit, and I had ants in my room. They were quick about cleaning after the complaint though.

La posizione è comoda al centro

Dopo diversi anni che torno in questa struttura, devo dire che è lasciata un po' andare: entro e trovo uno straccio nel lavandino, i muri rovinati, un'impronta di scarpa sul soffitto e il dispenser del sapone rotto come lo era esattamente un anno fa nella stessa stanza: mentre lo scorso anno avevo chiesto del sapone in bottiglietta e mi era stato dato, quest'anno non ho avuto nemmeno quello.
Di per sé potrebbe essere ancora accettabile come struttura, ma a questo punto il prezzo è eccessivo rispetto al servizio ricevuto.
Mi dispiace perché ormai mi ero affezionata ma non so se ci tornerò ancora.
