Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

It’s a gorgeous building with a lovely courtyard. It was definitely the best shower (hot!) and breakfast I had the entire time I was in Chile! The staff is all lovely and very helpful. I will be back❤️

Desde a chegada ao hotel até quando saímos , fomos muito bem recepcionados, todos foram incríveis, o café da manhã maravilhoso, so elogios. A Charlie foi maravilhosa conosco . A Fernanda e toda a equipe do hotel , todos fantásticos . No passeio que tínhamos que sair cedo , deixavam o café da manhã embalado para nós. Quartos muito limpos e confortáveis. Super recomendo e proximo de tudo

Naprawdę ładny, kameralny hotelik. Bardzo miła obsługa, pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Bezproblemowe załatwienie transferu z/na lotnisko, uszykowanie pakietów śniadaniowych przy wczesnym wyjeździe, pyszne jedzenie. Bardzo polecam :)

Cons:

Jedyne co mi przychodzi do głowy to ew. wcześniejsza godzina serwowania śniadania - poza tym wszystko było super :)

Pros:

Gems of a place in downtown Santiago. Locals were surprised that I booked there as supposedly downtown is not where they first think of going. Despite the location, the hotel is worth staying given its colonial history and amazing restoration by the owner/architect.

We rocked up to hotel at 10am after booking online at airport an hour prior. Check in is 3pm, delightful staff allowed us to occupy room immediately. Have travelled the world and our experience at this establishment is exceptional. 10 out of 10

Pros:

It was a pleasant stay, quite old house, ok for just one night before flying out the next day. Not big (double size) but very comfortable bed. It didn't really suit us (two adults and two teenagers) but good for older couples who are happy to taxi to and from the accommodation to see things in Santiago.

Cons:

It was an old house although kept nicely, the rooms were very little and it was stairs only, we were on the top / third level. The area wasn't as safe or appealing as we'd hoped, the hotel is secured with a big roller gate you have to buzz every time you need to enter the property. There are more central locations we stayed previously in Santiago that suited us a lot more.
