Friendly comfortable good location
La ubicación es buena. 10 min caminando del metro. El desayuno está bien y la casa es muy bonita.
La habitación en la que yo me quedé que fue la numero 5, no llegaba la señal de internet. Tuve que salir del cuarto para poder tener wi-fi.

Beautiful property with awesome staff!
Loved this little hotel. We booked last minute and it was exceptional value. Such lovely staff who went the extra mile to get our luggage to the top floor despite the lack of a proper lift. Insanely cool historic building and the room had huge old windows. Lots of space to move around and very snuggly big beds. Breakfast was decent in an attractive room. Relaxing garden bathed in sun.
Only minor issue was the traffic noise was quite loud at night (ask for a room overlooking the garden).
Breakfast was perfectly fine but nothing special.
Beautiful courtyard. Good location, near many restaurants with al fresco dining. Their beds are the most comfortable in all of Chile! The staff was lovely—we had an early morning departure and they made us breakfast to go.
Rooms are small, but that was expected in a historic hotel.

I appreciated that my ski luggage was stored whilst I visited Valparaiso and before heading home to Australia.
As an older but beautifully restored property it doesn't have a lift for luggage. Staff are very helpful though if you need.
Le camere grandi e accoglienti. Il personale gentilissimo e pieno di attenzioni. Ci hanno fatto un box per la colazione visto che partivamo molto presto.
Andava tutto molto bene. L’unico suggerimento che posso dare è di mettere una tendina alla porta con i vetri del bagno, per non illuminare la camera di notte.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel. Ils ont très bien coordonné le transport depuis et vers l'aéroport. Le déjeuner fourni était vraiment délicieux, et la chambre était bien chaleureuse. Le lieu était magnifique. J'ai adoré mon séjour !

It’s a gorgeous building with a lovely courtyard. It was definitely the best shower (hot!) and breakfast I had the entire time I was in Chile! The staff is all lovely and very helpful. I will be back❤️
