They were very accommodating of my unusual check in and out times. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. Staff were great, helping with my luggage, booking airport taxis etc

Un service - client à revoir dans un cadre magnifique

Magnifique ancienne maison.

Cons:

Le service. Aucun sens du service au client. Prix de le nuit pas donné pour la Bolivie, mais nous ont poursuivi pour quelques Euros au sujet d’un verre de bienvenue… qui en fait ne s’est pas avéré de bienvenue (c’est un petit vous avez pris un grand, c’est pas le bon prix c’est le resto à côté etc : impossible de savoir, incompréhensible…).

Pros:

Great location and kind staff! I actually stayed at this hotel twice during my trip. Both times, I had to leave super early (around 2:00 AM and 4:30 AM), and they kindly prepared a breakfast box for me each time. The check-out process was incredibly smooth as well. They also arranged a reliable airport transfer taxi for an extra fee, and the driver was very nice too! :D

Cons:

The room was a little bit cold.

A very good hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is exceptional, right in the center of Downtown La Paz. The hotel staff was very kind and answered all my requests without exception, and even more. When I informed them that I was leaving very early in the morning, they offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me, which was excellent. A highly recommended hotel in all respects.
