Long time return customer, hotel never changes, location and the pool wins it for me

My second stay at this establishment due to location but after this stay will be my last.

Cons:

Small room and bathroom. Room ac not working properly. Eggs at breakfast pre cooked and left in dish to get cold. Manager not open to negotiating a compromise over faulty AC. Property knew AC was not working correctly they should not have allocated us this room to start with.
