Pros:

Comfy and clean bed.

Cons:

Bathroom was terrible and the whole floor gets covered by water, no lip on the shower.
No lifts if you have lots of luggage

Michelle was an amazing concierge. She made sure we were well looked after!

The rooms were also very comfy.

Cons:

I didn’t realise the McDonalds was on the property. This is both a pro and a con given it’s such a busy McDonalds.

Pros:

We got stuck in Gosford and had to book accommodation at the last minute. The person at reception was responsive and helpful and was quickly able to accommodate my request to have twin beds. It was excellent value.

Cons:

For the price we paid it was excellent

Good for a budget stay
Pros:

Room was relatively small but comfortable. Hotel corridors were quiet. Breakfast choices were plentiful.

Cons:

My booking included free breakfast but that was not mentioned on checkin, hence I paid for breakfast separately.

Affordable short term stay.
Pros:

Easy access, cleanliness was mostly fine. Loved the card and welcome chocolate, that was a nice touch.

Cons:

No cleaning equipment(dish cloth, tea towel, detergent). Dust around/behind fridge. Blinds is either up or down, there is no in-between. Communal microwave dirty. Couldn't find a recycling bin.
