Heerlijk verblijf in prachtig Durbuy
Pros:

Prima locatie, goed uitgeruste kamer met het nodig comfort. Mooi en lekker ontbijt met lokale producten.

Cons:

Het toilet was wel heel krap. Gelukkig zijn wij niet de grootste mensen 😊

Leuk weekendje durby! Midden in het dorpje. Wel wat luidruchtig

Locatie, uitstraling hotel

Cons:

Gehorig in de vroege ochtend en late avond. Gasten en of personeel die luidruchtig zijn. Het geluid komt vanuit het restaurant makkelijk naar boven.

De locatie was top
De kamer heel mooi enkel heel warm
Er is geen airco aanwezig, er stond wel een ventilator
De raam kon open maar geen muggegaas voorzien .
Er hingen ook veel stofdraden aan het plafond

Hotel a besoin de beaucoup plus d’investissement et reparations

- La situation dans la ville
- La douche

Cons:

A notre avis l’hotel a besoin de beaucoup plus d’investissement et reparations.
. Par exemple:
- La rampe située à gauche de la partie la plus raide de l'escalier principal est très instable et nécessite une réparation urgente.
- Le sommier de notre lit était vraiment usé et à remplacer.
- Il y avait un grand trou dans l'étagère/rebord de fenêtre en pierre de notre chambre, qui était recouvert de magazines.
- Commande a distance TV manque le bouton Marche/Arret
- Un coffre fort aparait dans le description de notre chambre mais aucun trouvé.
- Les cousins du divan en cuir au salon en face de la reception était completement usés et devraient être remplacer.

Tous ces problèmes témoignent d'un manque d'attention de la part des propriétaires et de la direction.

Top verblijf en locatie zeer goed!
Pros:

Top ontvangen door het personeel. Zeer goed gelegen in het prachtig dorpje. Heerlijk genoten van het balkon, zeker met 30 graden. Nadeel was echter de hitte die bleef hangen in de kamer. Badkamer zeer ruim en zeer schoon. Aanrader!

Cons:

De hitte. Een kleine mobiele airco in deze klassen is a must.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk, kamer was super mooi. Locatie is top!

Cons:

Enkele kleine punten van feedback:
- Geen airco
- Geen vliegenraam (enkel een probleem omdat er geen airco was)
- Geen kasten in de kamer om kleren te stockeren
