Pros:

Perfektní čistota, vybavení, modernost, komunikace s personálem. Velice jsem ocenil přístup kódem místo klíčů a možnost check-inu kdykoliv, protože jsme dorazili do Amsterdamu až v nočních hodinách.

Cons:

Jediné co musím zhodnotit negativně byla absence dveří či závěsu u sprchového koutu. Voda tekla všude a museli jsme porad uklízet.

Cons:

Localização não ser central. Não é tão fácil como alguns comentários, tem ônibus mas não leva para todos os lugares, acaba sendo mais pratico pegar o tram. Pra tudo precisa de transporte.

Lokalizacja doskonała, w miarę cicha i w pobliżu znajduje się dużo atrakcji, do innych spacerkiem 3-4 km przez kanały i klimatyczne ulicy albo wygodny dojazd tramwajem / autobusem. Są w sąsiednich budynkach sklepy spożywcze, bar, restauracje. Pobyt był komfortowy dzięki dobre umeblowanemu i w pełni wyposażonemu pokoju i dostępu do prałkosuszarki

Μείναμε 7 ημέρες και το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ. Οι κουρτίνες και οι μοκέτες ήταν βρώμικες. Τα παράθυρα δεν άνοιγαν και οι ανεμιστήρες ήταν τόσο θορυβώδεις που σου έπαιρναν το κεφάλι.

Pros:

Hübsches Gebäude. Kostenlose Waschmaschine und Trockner. Zimmer waren in Ordnung.

Cons:

Zimmer ziemlich klein und verwohnt. Toilette nicht ganz sauber. Zu wenige Geschirr.

Zugebuchtes Numa-Frühstück im Restaurant Anna&Max: ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Karte ist sehr abgespeckt und die Portionen viel zu klein für den Preis. Das Restaurant selbst ist hübsch und die reguläre Karte reichhaltig. Auch ohne gebuchtem Frühstück war morgens immer Platz.

Toimiva itsepalveluhotelli hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Huoneeseen mahtui 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta hyvin ja parvi oli ihan näppärä. Kaikki toimi hyvin vaikka henkilökuntaa ei paikalla olekaan. Huone oli sisäpihan puolelle, minkä johdosta huone oli rauhallinen ja hiljainen.

Cons:

Huone oli melko kuuma kesähelteillä vaikka hotellissa on periaatteessa jonkinlainen ilmastointi, ja etenkin yläparvella oli lämmin nukkua. Kylpyhuone oli ihan OK mutta kaipaisi jo hiljalleen päivitystä. Hinta tuntui hiukan kalliilta laatuun nähden.

Cons:

The property didn’t have air conditioning and the fans provided were too noisy without adding any extra cooling. The ceiling on the upper part of the room was too low and you couldn’t sleep as it was too depressing. You couldn’t stand upright, as your head were hitting to the ceiling. The access to the upper part of the room was dangerous since the stair was too narrow. The hotel was too noisy. Windows didn’t open and the heat was unbearable all day long. No staff to chance amenities (you have to take them on your own from the second floor). The elevator was extremely slow and dirty. The beds (actually there were not beds) only bad condition mattresses with quilts in the middle of the summer instead of plain sheets. There were no soundproofing and you could hear the footsteps from the upper floor the main stairs and corridors. In general too expensive for what it provides.

很不錯
Pros:

地點方便，很安靜，附近轉角咖啡館是合作的早餐店，門口有電車站，附近有租腳踏車的black bike，也有一間大超市，跟幾家餐廳。

Super studio pour un long week-end à Amsterdam

Studio propre et bien équipé.
Literie confortable
Rapide d'accès du centre d'Amsterdam et de la gare.
Entrée et sortie autonome et indications très claires

Zajímavý koncept, pěkné vybavení, dobrá lokalita, prostorná horní část, čaj a káva…

Cons:

Bohužel bylo rekordně horko a bez klimatizace a možnosti pořádně otevřít okna v přízemí se špatně spí. A ještě jsme měli návštěvu mravenců na kuchyňské lince. Jinak by hodnocení bylo vyšší.
