Room was clean and spacious

Cons:

​We were frustrated to find that this hotel has no on-site staff. The entire check-in process and all communication are handled exclusively via WhatsApp, which was not made clear at the time of booking. Additionally, the hotel is located on a very busy street, and because the windows lack proper noise insulation, sleeping at night was quite difficult.
​Breakfast is outsourced to a nearby cafe, which offered very limited choices and resulted in long wait times each morning.

The floor sloped over 100mm from one side of the room to the other. The stairs to the left bedroom were dangerous.

Cons:

Abgewohnt, alles super eng - sah auf den Fotos besser aus.
Gebuchtes Appartement stand nicht zur Verfügung. Alternativen angeboten, aber schon sehr zeitraubend in Abstimmung, wenn das kein Personal vor Ort ist.

Waschbecken mit Riss, Boden im Bad war nach dem Duschen überall nass,
Küche sehr sparsam ausgestattet.

Cons:

My room did not have bedsheets for the sofabed, one individual duvet cover was provided for a double duvet, and it was dirty. Very disappointed. I had to complain twice because they argued that they fixed the problem when they did not. At the end they promised to give me a discount on my stay. We'll see.

Studio loft in convenient location with all the ammenities.
Pros:

Convenient location. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Had all the amenities. Cool vibe with the upper loft.

Cons:

Queen-sized bed was a pull out couch - not too comfortable. Other beds were comfortable.
