After arriva7l, and previously being told the two rooms would be together. They were not.
Staff were good. But the lack of compassion after complained about rooms not next to each other, due to incompetence they were allocated on different floors. Very poor.
Toilet was unclean along with a dirty used hair brush on bedside cabinet. The room obviously was not cleaned or completely missed.
Its disgraceful to spend a day at family members funeral to arrive at the rooms your staying at to find a uncleaned room.
They just to be offered a free complimentary drink is apauling.
Room was a good size with very good bathroom facilities

The staff were young but v good.
Bromley Court Hotel is in a lovely location. The property is well maintained, clean and well looked after. Gardens lovely and well maintained too. Our stay included breakfast, which was ample with plenty of choice. Great that it also has onsite parking. My sister who is deaf and with other health issues, thoroughly enjoyed her stay and is looking forward to another stay soon.

Our room looked a bit run down and bathroom was very small I pictured a bigger room as we upgraded and the photos online were a little bit misleading and air-conditioning kept cutting out which didn't help me sleep especially being so warm in the room a very uncomfortable sleep for me

The hotel was in an attractive old building which has been expanded over the years. It has been very well kept and modernized. Our room was not large and our bath was tiny, but it felt sophisticated and almost elegant. All of the staff members were very professional and pleasant.
The hotel was in a quiet residential area so there were no stores nearby.
the garden was beautiful. spent most of my time there.
