Pros:

Beautiful gardens, clean and comfortable room

Cons:

There was a wedding on so were unable to eat in the restaurant. We sat outside but the service was poor. Took a while for our food to arrive , then had to wait for cutlery, weren’t offered water for table etc

Stay here when I can for work ,fab hotel super helpful friendly staff 10/10

Stayed for work reasons and location is great as I’ve stayed here before and the breakfast always sways it for me 😋

Cons:

Guests in next room tv on till 1.30pm but hey ho not everyone stays in a fabulous hotel like this for work 🤣😅😴

we got the guest of the day up-grade, which was lovely. Thank you we will stay again x Beautiful garden. all I would look to improve in time would be the quality of the garden furniture. I would also widen the drinks available in the bar. Rather limited.

Had higher expectations!
Pros:

The hotel is spacious

Cons:

The steps make it difficult to navigate if you have a disability. No auto assistance to room but I got help. Room had no body lotion etc just the bare minimum a shower cap, shower gel and handwash. The side tables as non existent an miniature shelves. The property looks tired.
