Tout. Un grand merci à monsieur Hasanali le manager front Office qui a vite trouvé une solution à un problème qu'on a rencontré le premier jour. Le kids club était génial, le restau, les piscines... on a passé des vacances inoubliables.

Pros:

Variety of restaurant and food places available all day, plus the quality of food itself.
4 pools and beach made it difficult to feel bored, you will always find something new to do

est pas la première fois que je visite la région d'antalya, j'ai fais pas mal d'hôtels 5 étoiles à lara, kemer, belek,side, mais cette fois ci le limak Arkadia étais magnifique, vraiment à la hauteur, rien à dire, toute étais parfait, hôtel paradisiaque moi et ma famille on a bien profité, c'était un séjour incontournable, une chose que jai remarqué par rapport à d'autres hôtel, cet hôtel est vraiment familiale, une très bonne fréquentation,et la chose qui m'a impressionné c'est le personnel, Je tiens à adresser une mention spéciale à Monsieur Hasanali, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et surtout son accueil chaleureux. Il sait vraiment faire sentir aux clients qu’ils sont les bienvenus et que leur satisfaction est une priorité.
Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe pour son sourire, sa gentillesse et son attention durant tout notre séjour. Sans oublier l'équipe de Relation clientèle ( Elena et ses collègues), un jour ma fille a touché son doigt du pieds dans la piscine , c'était pas méchant, moi et sa mère nous étions dans la plage, qu'on ai revenus, on a trouvé toute l'équipage avec elle, la sécurité le service clientèle, et le maître nageur, c'était très professionnel,

Прекрасный отель, очень уютный, красивая территория. Зимой сделали ремонт, стало намного лучше. Хорошо работают интернет и кондиционеры, ресторан чистый и удобный. Чай теперь намного вкуснее, еда стала еще лучше, чем раньше. Номера просторные, уборка очень хорошая. Сотрудники отеля доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Incroyable séjour : personnel gentil arrangeant et professionnel. Piscines au top. Restauration au top …. Tout était au top dans l’hôtel.

L’hôtel était excellent et heureusement car à l’extérieur de l’hôtel c’était totalement autre chose, soucis avec le marchandage des taxis je conseille de réserver des navettes en coordination avec l’hôtel, de se renseigner sur les endroits où faire le shopping

Hygiëne en klantvriendelijkheid. Zeker ook de miniclub! Dank aan Pars van de receptie en Yunus (hij is gemaakt voor kinderen te entertainen), Bahar, Nigara en Zlata. Kinderen hebben elke dag een topdag gehad 😍
Ook wil ik graag Hasanali Günal (contact gehad via booking.com en ook ontmoet in het hotel) bedanken voor zn warm ontvangst, snelle reactie en klantvriendelijkheid.

Лучшее соотношение цена качество в Белеке . Хороший пляж и номера . Отличный сервис и еда . Обычно мы останавливаемся в более дорогих отелях , но в высокий сезон они были дорогие и не бронировались на 3 дня . Нам повысили номер , номер был чистый и недавно отремонтированный . Персонал на ресепшене и менеджер отеля очень гостеприимные.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Toute l'équipe a été souriante, attentionnée et toujours prête à nous aider, ce qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès le premier jour.

L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Les espaces communs sont tout aussi beaux et offrent une ambiance relaxante.

La nourriture était délicieuse du petit-déjeuner au dîner. Il y avait un très grand choix de plats, tous frais, variés et excellents. Chaque repas était un vrai plaisir et il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

Un immense merci à Anaïs, qui parle français et nous a fait visiter l'hôtel avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, de répondre à toutes nos questions et de nous mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Son accueil chaleureux a rendu le début de notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Un grand merci également à Mr Hassanali qui, le jour de notre départ, alors que notre vol n'était prévu qu'à minuit, a fait toute la différence en nous permettant de rester à l'hôtel et en nous laissant un accès complet au spa, au restaurant et aux activités. C'est un traitement VIP et une attention si humaine que nous n'avions jamais reçus dans aucun autre hôtel auparavant.

Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour passer des vacances parfaites. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % !

Нам очень повезло, нам повысили категорию номера и дали семейный двухкомнатный сьют! Невероятно удобный и очень продуманный, много шкафов и полок. Огромная ванная комната с джакузи! Халатики и белоснежные полотенца!

Cons:

Можно отметить что общий дизайн отеля не современный. Но это не минус, это просто так есть. В этом есть свой вайб)
