Agrado del personal

Cons:

Habitación con humedades, mal olor y detectores anulados. Me cambiaron de cuarto tras informar en la recepción.

Expectation Vs reality
Pros:

The receptionists were all very friendly and a very nice.

Cons:

I don't remember of having to write a negative review as this one, but this time I feel the moral obligation to warn future guests.

This hotel does not meet the 4 star standards. They are far from it.

I would reckon they should be rated as 1 ou 2 stars at best. Not joking unfortunately.

Attached are photos I took during my stay.

- Courtins that didn't close (because they were damaged) while a beam of light was entering though the window from a spotlight

- stains

- the trash container didn't work properly 

- walls and furniture in really bad state

- hairs and all kinds of dirt all over the floor


Please check the difference between the photos from add and what you will get.


Also, you will only be able to have the breakfast if a group joins in. Otherwise, they will not make it.


A disgrace and an embarrassment to the industry.

Buen hotel para una noche
Pros:

Buen hotel, sin más. Cómodo y bien comunicado. Lo mejor, el personal de recepción. Por horarios no pude probar el desayuno, así que no puedo comentarlo. La habitación era grande y cómoda, aunque sin un lugar específico para poder trabajar cómodamente con el portátil.

Cons:

Sin ser escandaloso, faltaba algo de limpieza en la habitación. Servicios en la habitación muy básicos para el nivel que se le presupone al hotel.
