Quarto lindo e a localização
Clean rooms
Location , while convenient to everything is nonstop noise. Especially if you are facing the train and town. Trains til all hours, people yelling, dogs barking .
Curtains don’t block out light from street.
Rooms were stuffy and door had to be open all night to get airflow.. no fans on ceiling or otherwise. But opening door lets in more noise . Pick your battles.
Breakfast was in a dismal basement. Good fruit selection.
Lobby outdated. Needs a refresh.
Ten US dollars for a lost plastic key room card . What?!
Price was higher than nicer places I’ve stayed in area
The hotel is right on the river, absolutely beautiful location. The front desk employees were pretty nice and accommodating. Also, the bath slippers in the room were a lovely addition. Beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast began at 5am, but the eggs were not ready until about 530am. Which adds some pressure if you are on a tight schedule to an early entrance ticket to Machu Picchu. Also, my bathtub in the room did not have working jets. Very disappointing as that tub was the whole reason I booked that specific room. There was a door that joined two separate rooms, yet when each party arrived, it did not lock. Hotel employees were called to come fix it, and they fixed it in about an hour or two.
Nothing
Very close to the train station. We decided not to chuck in but they still booking charged me.
An AMAZING hotel! I was only scheduled for one night before taking the bus to Machu Picchu. I can imagine spending 3 or 4 nights here. It is right next to class 5 rapids on the river, and the white noise helped me sleep well through the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to town for shopping and food. Large rooms are well appointed, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel in Aguas Calientes for any trip to Machu Picchu.
banheira é tamanho do quarto
Cuidado estafa!

Can’t fault this hotel in any way. Right next to train station, super convenient, and the manager Juan Carlos met us at the train station and helped us with our luggage to get to the hotel.
The full team of Roberto and Claudia were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay and the room was great - very rustic, top quality and the huge shower and jacuzzi were a plus. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
The whirlpool in our room, the cozy place and the views from the breakfast room were amazing
Big comfortable room with fire place.
Nada.
