Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in Aguas Calientes, traveling as a family with our toddler. The room was comfortable, and the hotel provided a welcoming atmosphere, making it an excellent place to relax after a day of exploring.

We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and enjoy this charming town before visiting Machu Picchu.

Thank you for hosting us and making our stay comfortable. We would happily recommend it to other travelers visiting Aguas Calientes!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Macchu Picchu Tour
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind mit Whirlpool ausgestattet. Die Zimmer zum Fluss haben einen schönen Ausblick. Gute zentrale Lage

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Da der Zug direkt daran vorbeifährt , ist das etwas laut. Aber nachts war es ruhiger.

A beautiful and comfortable stay in Machu Picchu, with only a slightly hectic check-in experience.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy atmosphere. The property itself was beautiful and the location was very convenient for our stay in Machu Picchu. It was a great place to relax and get a good night’s rest before visiting Machu Picchu the following morning.

Cons:

The only downside was the check-in process. It took a little longer than expected and the lobby was quite crowded when we arrived, which made the experience feel a bit hectic. Aside from that, we had no issues with our stay.

Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a metros del tren y del lugar donde se aborda el autobús para ir a Machupichu. La habitación es correcta solo que hubo una falla con su cañería y cuando llegamos no había agua, posteriormente llegó y todo pasó muy bien pero el día que salimos el restaurante esta inundado nuevamente, caía agua del techo.

Cons:

Que no hubiera agua cuando llegamos.

If location is your priority, this hotel is for you, but don’t expect high end.
Pros:

Absolute perfect location. Only a few steps from the train station & bus to Machu Picchu. Nice staff. We appreciated the coffee machine at breakfast and water station in the lobby. Gorgeous view from the balcony.

Cons:

Breakfast is extremely limited. Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Expensive for average.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Great facility in a very convenient location, right across from the train station. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and our room overlooked the river, which made the stay feel especially unique and enjoyable.

Cons:

I’d say the breakfast was not the best, especially considering it was in Peru. That said, it’s worth keeping in mind that breakfast starts as early as 5 AM since most guests are heading to Machu Picchu. It works well for a quick bite before an early start, but I’d recommend keeping your expectations relatively low.

Pros:

What a marvellous stay. One of our best in Peru. Loved the hot water spa bath when we returned from the wet day at Machu Picchu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view over the rapidly changing river was very nice indeed. Would stay here again.

便利な場所で寝心地のいいベッドとリラックスできるお風呂
Pros:

お風呂が充実しているという口コミどおり、おおきなバスタブにお湯を張りゆっくりつかることができました。シャワーブースが別にあったのも便利でした。湯量、湯温、水圧も十分で本当にリラックスできました。
ロケーションは、マチュピチュのチケットセンター、バス乗り場、レストラン、土産物屋全てに徒歩1-3分以内で行け、とても便利でした。
部屋は広くて快適。とくにベッドの寝心地は最高でした。2泊しましたが、掃除、リネンの交換、アメニティの補充も完璧でした。
ロビーで無料のお茶、コーヒーがいつでも飲めました。

Cons:

朝食は5-10時まで可能でしたが、ちょっと種類が少なく残念でした。9時過ぎに行くと無くなっているパンがあり、補充されませんでした。
