Abordable et confortable.
Pros:

Le prix était excellent. La chambre était propre avec des draps propres sur les deux lits. Il n'y avait pas ou peu de bruits et aucun dérangement.

Cons:

Machine à café en panne, pas de frigo ou de glaçons. Manque de stationnement surtout le soir d'une assemblée. Un peu chaud dans la chambre.

Pros:

Tout est calme et lendroit est vraiment idilique car loin de tout. La jeune dame de l'acceuil à prit du temps pour nous meme après l'heure tardive (après 23h).

Cons:

Ce qu'il manque, ce sont des climatiseurs, le tracé plus visible des places de parking et la fin des travaux d'exterieur.

Overall an inexpensive enough way to sleep close enough to Quebec City - calm, quiet, no-frills.
Pros:

Excellent value for money: probably the least expensive way to sleep in the vicinity of Quebec City unless you go the Youth Hostel, bed-in-a-dormitory way.
Parking is free and there are parking lots front and back of the building.
Rooms in the upper floors provide expanding views over the St Lawrence River and the countryside (my room was looking west).

Cons:

A few nice little additions would go a long way: a bedside lamp on a bedside table, for example, for one to read a book in bed, place a charging phone/tablet, etc. (there is no tv in the room but WiFi is strong enough - one will rely on such phones or tablets for listening to the news etc.).
One of the two power outlets in the room seemed to provide no power at all.
I had slept here before so I knew where it was, and knew that realistically one wants to have a car to reach the place; there is bus service that will eventually take you into downtown Quebec but the frequency of the service may not be convenient enough depending on your schedule; there was however road construction on the main access road this time and at first try I got lost and circled around a good 20 minutes.

Campus est fait pour les jeunes pas pour ceux qui veulent un peut de confort avec air climatisé p

Rien car on a demandé un remboursement pour cancellé les 3 nuits que nous avions réservé vue l endroit vraiment vieux

Cons:

L endroit très défraîchis très vieux et la chambre vraiment petite la peinture vraiment sombre pas d air climatisé vraiment trop chaud a notre arrivée imaginez si on aurait couché là sa aurait été pénible SURTOUT C EST ASSEZ CHER POUR UNE PETITE CHAMBRE AVECUNE TOILETTE PARTAGÉE,et aucun restaurant sur place, et très loin de Québec environ 15 a 20 minutes de cette endroit donc pour notre pars fini les campus pour nous bon pour les jeunes

Las fotos del edificio tienen que ser de hace 10 años. Por otro lado no me esperaba que fuera una residencia universitaria. No tiene aire acondicionado.

Près de l'autoroute et pas loin de la Ville de Québec.

Cons:

Pas d'air climatisé dans l'établissement. Il faisait extrêmement chaud. La fenêtre était sale et pas de moustiquaire. Évidemment les bêbites rentraient aisément. Je me suis levée avec une morsure d'araignée.
