Great value for money and comfortable stay for a few nights
Pros:

There’s an elevator (which doesn’t happen often for hotels of this price category), bathroom inside the room and in general all one needs.

Cons:

The neighborhood is indeed a little dodgy but it is manageable and I felt relatively safe still
