Pros:

Great location opposite the tram stops, just 10min ride to Blackpool Tower. Staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good location for north pier theatre

Cons:

No reflection on the staff that were there and worked very hard . But they were very stretched having to multi task , extra staff would be a bonus

The space in our room because we are both disabled and the hotel was disabled friendly

The price of the meals I thought they could have been cheaper with the cost of staying in the hotel they took it out of our price range
