Pros:

Good location for the theatre. Polite friendly staff

Cons:

Bed wasn't the best. It was a really good size but felt like two single beds pushed together and hurt my back

Nice stay but not good showers
Pros:

Happy approachable staff, very welcoming and quick service, bed was comfy and all clean

Cons:

The showers didn't work, one minute boiling hot then the next freezing then back to boiling

Plansant stay room was clean and tidy with sea view with paid parking
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly and the room had a lovely sea view. It was clean and tidy and the coffee machine was a nice bonus.

Cons:

Paying for parking needs to be clearer when booking and a £50 deposit is required. The bathroom was outdated and needs an upgrade, while the shower was okay but not the best. Plugs or socks should be provided next to the bed and I’m unsure what to do with the bottle of water. Tv could do with an upgrade

The room was small but clean, the door did not lock and looked as though someone had previously forced entry as the edge was nailed back on. I was travelling alone with my son and I was abit worried we couldn’t lock the door.We over looked laundry bins which is fine but it was all hanging out

Pros:

The room was spacious clean and a great sea view. All the staff were so friendly and polite.

Cons:

The only thing i can say is quite a walk from centre but the location is quiet.

Great Breakfast, rooms on the small side.
Pros:

Great Location, right on the front. The hotel staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Clean, easy walk to trams and the breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

Rooms are really small, when we opened our door the door hit off the bed and wouldn’t fully open, trying to get luggage in and out was difficult.
