Poor quality for a best western hotel

Stay very friendly on reception and on bar

Cons:

Rooms are very tired , dangerous step into bathroom from bedroom. Very easily forget or not see the sign if door not closed.
Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, marks all over the toilet seat and floor. Bath didn't look like it had been cleaned out.

Excellent English breakfast and right by the tam stops .

Cons:

The room had a sloping low roof at 6 foot 6 that meant frequently banging my head particularly when using the toilet standing or sitting I always banged my head the area directly over the toilet is far too low in that room for someone my height

Pros:

The location, on the waterfront and a short walk to Funny Girls and a tram stop was very close.
Beautiful views from the dining area.
The staff were professional yet friendly.

Will stay again!
Pros:

Had a bar serving cocktails. Also had a bath that actually had HOT water. Friendly staff. Can leave your luggage. Can also bring in food.
