Pros:

W杯観戦で合計5泊しました。スタッフはとても親切。部屋は清潔で、掃除も行き届いていました。朝食もメニューが豊富でした。
何といっても場所が最高でした。ソカロ中心部に位置し、憲法広場に設けられたファンゾーン、テンプル・マヨール、メトロポリタン・カテドラルは至近距離でした。メトロのソカロ駅もすぐそばなのですが、残念ながら、W杯ファンゾーンでの混乱を避けるためか閉鎖されていました。
宿泊期間中にモンテレイに1泊して試合観戦しましたが、その間主な荷物を預かってもらえて大変助かりました。

Cons:

シャワーのお湯の温度や湯量の向きの調節が困難で、トイレとの位置関係もよくありませんでした。セブンイレブンは近くにありましたが、品ぞろえは日本とはだいぶ異なりました。最寄りのスーパーマーケットや市場までは2km以上あり、歩いて往復しましたが、お土産探しは楽ではありませんでした。
