It was a beautiful hotel and well located for a fun weekend with the family.
Pros:

The room had a jet spa bath. The location was excellent for all places we were going to over the weekend which was important for enjoyment. Fantastic breakfast and great staff, replaced items on the Scottish breakfast with those i liked better.

Cons:

The bed at times seemed a bit uncomfortable. It was the only thing that took off the score, there was a wooden bit that was uncomfortable when getting up and there was a step up to the bed which we were not so keen on. Apart from this though it was a beautiful hotel. There seemed to be some confusion on booking .com making it appear that there was a spa in the hotel which was one of the draws. When I asked on the hotel website at a later date they said there was no spa in the hotel.

Prima hotel met alle voorzieningen, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt.

Pros:

Our room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, included, was a highlight. The veggie haggis was wonderful.

Hyggelig og koselig sted.

Cons:

Dårlig lys på badet, og veldig lytt ved døra. Merket veldig godt at det gikk folk utenfor, spesielt hvis de pratet.

Pros:

The location suited our function

Cons:

The bed has a bulky wooden frame, that would maybe work in a larger room. The breakfast was shocking , most of it burnt and that was the experience of 4 out of 5 off us.
