Pros:

The hotel has a great location, very close to Roma Termini station, which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One night we came back very late, and the staff member was still waiting for us in the lobby. They also reminded us to be careful with our belongings when we went out. On the last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel with complete peace of mind. The service was very thoughtful and reliable.

Very decent stay and excellent location
Pros:

The property looks like it was recently renovated and they are very decent.

Cons:

The shower area was very small and only had a curtain separating it from the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. The curtain kept touching you while showering, which was unpleasant because it looked like it had not been changed in a long time. It looked dirty and even had mold on it.

Pros:

Excellent location - right next to Termini (main Rome Station). The staff were always nice and helpful. Good to have 24hr staff on site. We had a nice room on the ground floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Robinson and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for arriving, departing, and exploring the city. The Colosseum is only about a 30-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and food options nearby. There is also a supermarket directly across the road, which was very handy during our stay.

Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy and hassle-free. We were also able to store our luggage at the hotel after checking out until we were ready to leave, which made our final day in Rome much more enjoyable and stress-free.

We stayed in a double room with two single beds, which were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition throughout our visit. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and having a 24-hour reception made the hotel easily accessible no matter what time we came and went.

What really made this hotel stand out, was the staff. Each member of the team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and truly made our stay memorable.

Cons:

The only thing I wasn’t particularly fond of was that the shower had a curtain rather than a fully enclosed screen, but that’s simply a personal preference. Other than that, I honestly have no complaints.
