Wala akong nagustuhan. The worst experience in a hotel. May tulo ang aircon, basa ang sahig, nilagyan lang ng tabo, maingay ang pagpatak. Hindi kami nakapahinga. Hindi nakatulog dahil sa tulo ng aircon. Madumi ang bed sheet. May butas pa. May mga.daga pa akong nakita malapit sa swimming pool. Delikadong maligo dahil baka mavkaroon pa ng leptos pirosis ang guest. Dapat ma insoect ito ng DOT at DOH. The worst hotel experience in my life.

The receptionist volunteered to take our family picture when she saw us struggling with selfies! We laughed through five takes of someone blinking. Outstanding stay.

I Felt Completely At Ease Staying Here on My Own

The Morning Started With A Missing Shoe
Pros:

Of course it did. We were nearly ready when our son couldn't find one of his shoes. It turned out to be under the chair where he'd left it the night before. We still made it downstairs, just a few minutes later than planned.

NEVER AGAIN!

Cons:

1. I got double charged. I paid 3,800 via debit card and was charged again as walk in guest for 3,300. No refund offer was given and the receptionist doesn’t seem to know what to do. Until now this double charge is still not resolved.
2. The place is dirty and a lot of cockroaches. The room is smelly. Never book this hotel.

Affordable comfort with great attention
Pros:

Hotel delivered more than expected. The room had ample storage space, water bottles were complimentary, and the laundry service was quick. Smoke detectors and sprinklers were installed in every room.
