Mooie charmante B&B, rustgevende omgeving
Pros:

Heel mooie B&B, rustgevende omgeving, we bleven hier 3 dagen als rustpunt, Genoten van het mooie zwembad en tuin.
Lekker ontbijt, maar het verliep wat chaotisch. Je kan een eitje kiezen, de rest is een buffetje. De ene dag was er vers appelsiensap, de andere dag uit een pak en weer een andere dag vers aangelengd met water... Verder was het ontbijt prima.
Een avond konden we er dineren, zeer lekker, wel duur.
Kamer en badkamer zijn zeer ruim, met mooie hoge plafonds. Gemakkelijk parkeren, je hebt wel een auto nodig om de B&B te kunnen bereiken. Leuke restaurantjes in het charmante Elvas.

Cons:

Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer, toen dit zeiden aan de gastvrouw, zei ze, dat we heel de dag liters koffie of thee konden krijgen op verzoek.. we vinden dit een drempel, zeker als je savonds in je kamer bent. En .. toen we na het diner nog een thee bestelden in het restaurant, werd dit wel aangerekend ... jammer (hoe zit het dan met die liters).
Een waterkoker op de kamer zou wel zo prettig zijn.
De drie dagen dat we rondom het zwembad verbleven, hebben we geen enkele keer een onderhoud gezien, terwijl de ligstoelen en de grond onder de vogelpoep zaten..

Rust gezocht en gevonden
Pros:

Een buffet met verse broodjes, yoghurt kaas, tomaat, granola, croissants enz…, daarnaast wordt er op aanvraag spiegeleieren of roereieren geserveerd met een verse kop koffie. Er wordt duidelijk aandacht aan besteed. De locatie is een voltreffer gelegen tussen de olijfbomen met prachtige vergezichten, een groot zwembad met voldoende ligzetels erbij. Voor de rustzoeker een aanrader

Cons:

Het rookbeleid mag strenger, we ontbeten op het terras, maar andere gasten komen er hun sigaretje of vape nuttigen. Ook lopen er wat honden op het domein, tot zelfs in de keuken… dat kan echt beter.

A very pleasant one night stay when passing through the area.
Pros:

Lovely rural hotel. Nice property and grounds with a swimming pool.
We enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast.
The bed was comfortable.
We had a nice terrace with a garden and pool view.

Cons:

It was May and the room and bathroom felt very cold. The tile floor was very cold. Fortunately disposable slippers and a bath robe were provided.
The bathroom was large but very dark, there was not enough lighting.

Hotel rural con mucha personalidad y encanto.
Pros:

El estilo de la construcción, la habitación, el entorno y el personal. En especial, los dueños, un matrimonio luso-alemán, se deshicieron en atenciones con nosotros.
