Thank you Palacina for an incredible stay. The space in the three bedroom residence was just what we needed after traveling from the US. We arrived late and night and they had sandwiches and food for us in the room waiting. The transfer pickup from the hotel was super easy and reliable. The hotel is located in a very safe part of Nairobi. We also used their driving service to take us around the city and was wonderful. The food was great and morning was a buffet breakfast with fresh omelet station included in your rate. The staff was exceptionally friendly especially Victoria. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will be back!

Great location Great atmosphere Amazing staff.
The room we stayed in the family room 2 bedroom was not upto the standards I expected. Lights not working, water cold phone to reception not working.
One room had no air conditioning.
Great breakfast.
May be good for long term stay but would skip for overnight stay. Not worth the price.

It was my first experience at a spa and I truly loved it. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I was tense at the beginning but by the time I was leaving, I was looking forward to the next spa date.

Wow! What a beautiful place! One of our best stays ever. Great, spacious suites with balconies located in a very green area, well kept. Two pools, the inside one heated. Restaurant on the premises. Great security and staff super helpful. You cannot beat the prices in their souvenir shop, not only beautiful, artsy things but prices are much lower than you find anywhere - and you are left alone to look around and choose not being harassed like in other places. We wish we stayed longer.

The rooms are huge. While we didn’t cook, it had everything needed if you wanted to do so. Lovely grounds with an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and sauna. The massage I had was good. Bistro served great food with live music in the evenings. The most outstanding feature though was the staff. Always smiling, cheerful and ready to help. Our most enjoyable stay during our Africa trip. Highly recommend.

My friend and I had the privilege of staying at Palacina, and our experience was truly exceptional. Every part of the hotel reflects the tremendous thought, care, and attention to detail that went into its design. The property is beautifully maintained, and its location is perfect—conveniently situated and easily accessible to many key attractions and destinations.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Samson, Caroline, Hezron, Sean, and Tony (apologies if we have missed any names), as well as the entire hotel team. The level of hospitality and professionalism demonstrated by the staff was outstanding and played a significant role in making our stay so memorable.

Had a great stay. The serene atmosphere is awesome and the staff were really vibrant including Esborn at the reception who was so helpful. Will come back for sure

Great stay at Palacina !!! Room was spacious, very clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was great and the service at all times, from all staff, thru out was the best. The lounge and dinner/breakfast area is set in a lush canopy of trees and shrubs and loved eating and having beers there. Also, several restaurants and bars within very close walking distance. Highly recommend.

We are regulars at Palacina. Our expectations are met 95% of the time and when something goes wrong, as life isn't perfect, we are always pleased by the effort the team makes to rectify it.

We love the leafy green environment with the lively sound of the river.

We love the pool, gym and sauna. We might try a massage one day, but these three are sufficient for our active lifestyle.

We love breakfast. An orchard of fruit, tons of delicious, fluffy pastries. Shout out to Chef Mohammed. Chef, hope you'll try the Greek pastries we talked about.

Just one thing: the apartment block is cold! Palacina, get some heaters in there. We are not all trying to get AC in May-June weather :)
