My experience at palacina hotel was relaxing and I really enjoyed it!! I would definitely recommend to anyone to go there if you’re staying in Nairobi. The staff are very welcoming and the facilities- 2 pools, sauna, and gym were great. I also liked the breakfast as it had a variety of options and was very fresh. The room always clean on time and I never had an issue with it.
We had a wonderful stay at Palacina The Residence & Suites. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and comfortable. A special mention to Hasan at reception, who was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The residence was spacious, clean and comfortable, and it was a great choice for our family. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and homely.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Palacina The Residence & Suites to families, friends and anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hospitality, breakfast, location and overall experience were all excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had a relaxing room in the main building with a very comfortable king bed. Attached was a good-sized lounge and furnished deck, both of which were made use of during the several days we were there.
The bathroom was large with good water pressure. One needs to wait to get hot water…longer than you’d think. It could have used brighter lighting, but I’m old.
The food at the attached restaurant was superb. Lots of options to suit every taste and arrived reasonably quickly though we were a group of 17. The drinks selections were sufficient too.
A great convenience were a few free washers and dryers, which were appreciated by our light-packing active group!

The property is a peaceful oasis, set among tall trees and lush gardens, with charming touches like a resident tortoise and vibrant birdlife that enhance its calm atmosphere.
What truly sets Palacina apart is its people. Every member of staff was consistently warm, welcoming, cheerful, and efficient, creating a genuine sense of home. Our apartment was impeccably maintained each day by Lilian, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
The ambience is relaxed and inviting, with music throughout the day, live jazz on Thursdays, and a talented pianist. Thoughtful gestures—like complimentary snacks brought to us on the terrace—added to the experience.
Palacina strikes a rare balance of being both uplifting and deeply relaxing, with a warmth and hospitality that are hard to find. We leave with wonderful memories and sincere gratitude, and we will truly miss this special place.
Great location, free self-serve laundry (detergent provided), and a swimming pool, gym and sauna. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. They even left us some delicious cookies when we checked in. The restaurant was also delightful, no need to leave the hotel and were able to get some R&R after exploring Nairobi National Park. Service is top notch!
You can hear the people in the room above you. The guests that were above us during our stay happened to be rearranging furniture (or something) around 2am.
The experience has been one of a kind.As a tourist, one has a lot of inhibitions. But Palacina addressed them all. Warm and attentive staff made our stay relaxing.The room was amazing, the facilities were to the point.Maybe the food menu for dinner can entail more options. The overall experience was amazing.The location of the hotel is such that it has restaurants nearby which is great.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff was very accommodating. We were given a Large suite and because it was our anniversary, the bed covered with rose petals as was the bathtub. What a nice surprise as well as a bottle of wine.
Thank you Palacina for an incredible stay. The space in the three bedroom residence was just what we needed after traveling from the US. We arrived late and night and they had sandwiches and food for us in the room waiting. The transfer pickup from the hotel was super easy and reliable. The hotel is located in a very safe part of Nairobi. We also used their driving service to take us around the city and was wonderful. The food was great and morning was a buffet breakfast with fresh omelet station included in your rate. The staff was exceptionally friendly especially Victoria. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will be back!
