The perfect place to stay in Prague
Pros:

The staff are very efficient and customer focussed. My room was in a perfect location and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent.

Mycket bra hotell som bidrog till att vår vistelse i Prag blev precis så bra som vi önskade.
Pros:

Hotellets läge är oslagbart då det ligger precis vid Karlsbron. Det är mycket nära till båda sidorna av staden. Fin utsikt från rummet som även hade luftkonditionering. Frukosten var bra. Detta hotell är väldigt prisvärt och rekommenderas varmt!

チェコへ行くと必ず泊まる大好きなホテルです。カレル橋のふもとで明るいので、帰りが遅くても安心です。スタッフの方もとても親切です。

Hotellin sijainti ja ympäristö Kaarlen sillan ja kanavan kupeessa loistava, hotelli ulkoa ja sisältä kaunis ja todella siisti. Huone erinomainen ja kaikki puhdasta ja siistiä. Ennakkoon tilatut kukat olivat kauniit ja kuohuviini jääkaapissa hyvää ja viileää.

Cons:

Hotelliin kirjautuminen self check- innillä tullessamme illalla noin klo 20.00 hotelliin ei ollutkaan helppo kuten hotellin ohjeissa annettiin ymmärtää. Todella stressaava kokemus. Itse asiassa kirjautuminen ei onnistunut ollenkaan, joten jäimme tuulikaappiiin ainakin puoleksi tunniksi. Samalla hotellin automaattiovi ahtaassa tuulikaapissa olessamme kolisi minuutin välein auki ja kiinni, soitimme lopulta asiakaspalvelunumeroon joka ei useista yrityksistä huolimatta ei vastannut. Lopulta sieltä vastattiin ja saimme neuvot miten saamme avaimen, jolla pääsee hotelliin sisälle ja omaan huoneeseen. Järjestelmä pyysi meitä maksamaan luottokortilla 1200 euroa tuulikaapin maksulaitteella vaikka olimme maksaneet 2 yötämme jo etukäteen booking.comin kautta 269,40 euroa. Emme saaneet kunnon selitystä, miksi checking ei onnistunut. Todella stressaava ja ainutlaatuinen kokemus, kuinka vaikeaa voi olla päästä omaan hotelliin sisälle. Once in the lifetime!

Espectacular!! Súper recomendable!!!
Pros:

La habitación era muy confortable. El desayuno abundante y variado. La ubicación excelente porque estaba a unos pasos del Puente Charles.

L accueil(sommes arrivés à 10h.voulions déposés seulement nos bagages mais le personnel a vite fait la chambre que nous avons pu avoir dès 10h30 au lieu de 15h
La situation est idéale au pied du Pont Charles et à 5min à pied d un arrêt tram
