Rapport qualité prix imbattable dans le centre de Lille
Pros:

La gentillesse des personnes à la réception, l’emplacement en plein centre de Lille, le calme, la propreté et le prix. La chambre est très petite (la surface est indiquée au moment de la réservation) mais suffisante puisqu’elle est pour une personne !

Cons:

La salle de bain est exiguë et la cabine de douche (bac à douche 70x70) n’est vraiment pas confortable. J’ai regretté de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre (ce n’est pas prévu !) et aussi de ne pas pouvoir régler la climatisation sans passer par la réception.

Owner is in so much denial
Pros:

A room without windows or light feels like a prison in a forgotten shopping street that is way beyond its prime. The entrance has the most gehtto look.

Cons:

Don't stay in this hotel for longer than 1 night 0 nights is the best option sleeping in the entrance together with the homeless has more comfort than this depressing ghetto hotel. The shopping street has had it best years it's only west field shopping mall and big brands that are still legit.

Message to the owner, get over this passed glory. You probably bought this estate as an investment and try to milk every penny out of it. Sell it, let a company fix it up and enjoy your retirement.

Please, it's not worth the wait. You could do so much better with your life than this place.

Hôtel bien situé avec un prix abordable pour une chambre familiale, ce sont les deux seuls argu
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité de la Grand Place de Lille.
Chambre avec 2 lits doubles, appréciable. Litterie confortable.

Cons:

Pas de parking.
PDJ limité : peu varié, pas de produits du terroir, pas de fruits, des produits industriels, le tout pour 14€, que ce soit pour les adultes ou les enfants.
Pas de volet dans la chambre, un simple rideau et la vue de la chambre donne sur un immeuble miteux.
Problème de chasse d'eau, donc plus accés aux toilettes le matin, et distributeur de shampoing qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

Beautiful city, lovely people and helpful hotel staff. Rooms need updating.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful and brought us things that we needed to make our stay acceptable. One room out of two booked was very nice and the air conditioning worked. There were very good facilities near by of shops for food and drink. The staff also provided us with a map of the area and pointed out places to visit (although the zoo was closed).

Cons:

Unfortunately one side of the building had a problem with the air conditioning not working (on what was the hottest day of the year). The windows were locked and the staff had to come and open them and provide us with fans that were quite noisy. The cot provided was also broken, which we reported and could not be used. The room was difficult to get into due to staff blocking the hallway with equipment.

Vies klein hotel. Geen aanrader.

Cons:

Midden in de stad. Dat is ook het enige pluspunt. Kast viel bijna uit elkaar en het was een vies hotel. Heel klein. Wij zijn naar een ander hotel gegaan.
