Prezzo bassissimo , a parte la reception , bene così

I materassi tutti nuovi anche se la struttura è lasciata andare ma con il massimo impegno del personale a risolvere i problemi

Cons:

Le due ragazze alla reception , assenza di formazione , completamente impreparate , usavano il pos come calcolatrice , a una richiesta di una traversina per una bimba disabile hanno alzato le spalle … proprio incapaci di gestire il rapporto con il pubblico

Ok per un weekend
Pros:

La colazione è abbastanza completa e ricca. La posizione è buona: su una delle vie principali e a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. La camera con balconcino è comoda e di dimensioni standard. Le signore delle pulizie e le addette alle colazioni sono gentili.

Cons:

Sia nella descrizione della camera che nella descrizione generale dell'hotel si parla di bidet in tutte le camere, ma nella nostra camera non c'era (era presente una specie di doccino accanto al lavandino, non sicuramente un bidet nel vero senso della parola). La cassaforte non aveva le pile inserite (ci è stata data quindi la chiave per poterla aprire manualmente). Il wifi non prendeva nella camera e anche nella zona reception la ricezione non era buona (la nostra camera era al primo piano). Il phon non funzionava. Per quanto riguarda il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola abbiamo dovuto richiederlo noi nonostante fosse specificato sulla porta del bagno ogni quanto il cambio veniva effettuato.

Hotel datato, dagli infissi alle camere piccole, letto a castello con lenzuolo pieno di sabbia, sotto il letto la pulizia non viene effettuata, materasso anch'essi datati.

Bardzo miła obsługa , lokalizacja obiektu blisko plaży, do centrum 10 minut pieszo. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo dobre, Pokoje klimatyzowane. codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Przepyszne i bardzo obfite śniadania. Jak najbardziej polecam dla podróżujących. Dobra lokalizacja do wypadów turystycznych

Cons:

Nie widzę rzeczy, które można opisać negatywnie. Małym minusem może być wspólna lodówka. Natomiast da się bez niej żyć;)

Hotel in posizione strategica
Pros:

Struttura comodissima al mare, personale cortese, agevolazioni al Lido più famoso di Cervia: Fantini.
Colazione variegata e abbondante.

Cons:

Manca il frigorifero in camera, con i 35° sarebbe stato meglio averlo così da poter bere dell’acqua fredda.
