Tutto, personale non disponibile, ho prenotato una famigliare e mi è stata data una matrimoniale, il costo è rimasto invariato, piscina aperta ma senza un bar, la colazione triste, c'era ben poco, non lo consiglio

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec climatisation, on nous a donné une chambre avec une climatisation qui ne marche pas (dans la chambre un ventilateur avec 37⁰c dehors !): chaleur insoutenable dans la chambre.
On nous redonne une 2⁰ chambre, idem.
C'est au bout de la 3⁰ chambre que l'on a eu une chambre climatisée et heureusement de surcroît nous avions des bouchons d'oreilles qui nous ont permis de ne pas entendre la climatisation.....
Les gérants savent l'état de leur climatisation.
C'est un manque de respect de leurs clients.
A ne pas recommander !

Є питання. Хіба транзитом на 1 ніч та не в літню спеку.
Pros:

Біля озера, ресторан від готелю, праворуч. Можна та треба повечеряти нормально. Небагато людей.
На рецепції, як майже всюди в Італії, приємні працівники.

Cons:

Не працював кондиціонер, через це дуже тепло в номері. Трохи втомлений готель, років 40/50+ йому, тому відповідно і все в ньому не нове.
Транзитом одному , не літом, може бути, якщо добра ціна. За вікном засрані голубами підвіконня.

El personal muy amable. El hotel tenía piscina y a diferencia de otros hoteles en Italia no había que pagar extra por usarla. Parking amplio y disponibilidad del restaurante. Aunque el aire acondicionado era flojo, el ventilador que dejaron ayudaba a no pasar calor.

Cons:

En verano se echa de menos una nevera/mini bar para agua fría, pero por lo demás estupendo.

Cons:

O lugar é gostoso, parece um hotel de campo.
Mas ... A maioria dos funcionários são antipáticos.
Três funcionários foram realmente receptivos e de bom papo. Cláudio da recepção, Maria da copa e restaurante e um dos garçons que não lembro o nome.... o resto do pessoal só falta latir quando pergunta algo. Ficamos 3 noites, não voltaremos.

Complessivamente bene, ma migliorabile
Pros:

La posizione è ottima e facilmente accessibile, sulla riva di un bel laghetto verde (come suggerisce il nome).
L'hotel è un po' vecchio stile, ma è intuibile dalle foto, ed è un 3 stelle dopo tutto.
Il prezzo è conveniente, tutto sommato ne è valsa la pena.
Ottima anche l'aria condizionata in camera, perfettamente funzionante (anche troppo).

Staff cordialissimo e disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione, era inclusa ma è davvero troppo scarna.
Lato dolce c'erano le classiche opzioni, croissant e qualche torta.
Lato salato un po' deludente, solo prosciutto, formaggio e uova sode. Prosciutto, formaggio e pane di qualità molto dubbia, non erano buoni ad essere onesti.

La pulizia del bagno lasciava un po' a desiderare, ok la stanza un po' datata, ma c'era anche un po' di muffetta e segni di vecchiaia evidente su tutti i sanitari/rubinetti ecc.
