Nach 3 mal übers Frühstück um 7 reden, was uns wichtig war und offiziell möglich ist, gab es um 7.10 die Ansage es dauert nochmal 15 min.

Die meisten Anstellten wirken lustlos und mürrisch.

Anfragen per Chat während des Aufenthaltes werden ignoriert. Ich warte schon über eine Woche auf eine Antwort.

Pros:

The hotel was wonderful, staff so friendly, facilities and location good. It's central to all spots. They have a restaurant with good food and prices. I will be back there!

Pros:

Stayed at Hotel Isabel for the first days of the World Cup, and it was awesome!

Huge rooms, clean facilities, kind and helpful staff, and unbeatable location when going to the Fan Fest at the Zocalo and about 10-15 mins to Bella Artes.

Easy to walk everywhere in El centro, tons of near by coffee in the morning, and literally steps away from the #4 Metrobus stop (Isabel Catolica) that goes to and from the airport for just $30MXN. It's not a fancy chain hotel but its everything I want when I travel - full of character, clean, helpful staff, and close to everything!

Cons:

Some tips I appreciated from other reviews and would add:
- an extension cord helps because outlets are spaced far around the room, and its nice to be able to put the fan on at night.
- the hotel has a hair dryer you can borrow in exchange for ID, but quite small so if you count on a hairdryer bring one.
- of course any hotel in centro is loud on the street, especially if you like to leave the windows open, so earplugs are good, but the actual hotel itself is super quiet.
- beds are very firm, which I like, but good to know!

Would definitely recommend staying!
