Its nice for kids to play in and have fun
It wasnt worth the price since they only give 4 passes to Noahs ark but I booked for 6 people in total so I had to buy 2 extra passes for $45 not at a discount. Rather go to Mt olympus for the same price and have free waterpark and parking instead of spending double by staying here
My daughter loved the pool and my son loved the waterpark area
I was charged an extra 50 dollars when I checked out because they claimed there were a few stains on the towels I explained to them I have a 2 year old and 10 year old they might have wiped their hands on them or I used it to wipe something up.
Price and location.
Shower wouldn't drain properly, and no breakfast available.

Great indoor and outdoor pools.
Spacious room.
The hotel corridor and the adult pool were very dirty. No one cleaned during our three-day stay.
There is no kettle in the room.
The polls and waterpark were perfect!
I liked everything
Kid friendly.
No breakfast and coffee time limited. No shampoo or essentials provided. Had to go get more towels as they don’t clean your room each day.
The location was great. Water park and pool were okay, the late hours were nice.
The beds and the pillows were not very comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. There was broken glass in the parking lot.
The variety of pools was nice.
That they wouldn't change my sheets when I requested them to do so. They even said, "well if you want to change the sheets yourself you can". That really made me mad after paying them a lot of money for our stay. I don't think it's a good value with the bracelet for the Noah's Ark. For us, would have have to Noah's Ark at least three times per week for us to get our money's worth in my opinion (based on family of three). It's so dumb that they won't let you use an airfryer during your stay. It would be nice if they at least served a breakfast.
The pool is only thing we enjoyed a bit
I didn’t like the fact that when you go in you don’t get provided with dish soap,coffee maker, body wash or shampoo. Literally nothing, I had to go ask which is inconvenience. It should be placed in the rooms sofa mattress was yellow shower curtain was yellow rooms are literally outdated. I would never stay there again it was horrible experience for us oh and the room keycards had to avoid being next to the phone or wallet because the would somehow clear out and you couldn’t open the doors.
Friendly staff
The outdoor pool was freezing and it was 100 degrees for 2 of the days we stayed. The never cleaned up the pool area, indoor and outdoor. Both hot tubs water was lukewarm warm temp.

Facility was to have a continental breakfast but was not up and running. Families coming into the pool area with alcoholic beverages, loud music and food. Very disruptive:
