terrible security people were coming off the streets into the Location people that weren’t staying there felt very unsafe doors were propped open for people to walk in off the street. front counter. Staff was behind glass. They had no security. I would not recommend this to a family. It was very noticeable. If the people that worked there would’ve looked on the side doors. The doors were all propped open with garbage can lids and like I said people were coming in that were not booked or staying at this location and things were going on that were very shady that it made you feel uncomfortable An . when I approached the front desk to ask for a manager, I was told there was none and I asked for a phone number and I was told no and given an email address. I asked for corporate and I was told it was privately owned, which should’ve not made a difference. I should’ve been giving the manager.

Short and sweet with small kids water park fun
Pros:

It was ideal for our small grand kids to play In the water park which is where we spent most of our time while we were there

A decent place to stay with young children.
Pros:

The pools and water park for little ones was what brought us to stay here. Our two year old loved the indoor water park.
We liked that the pool areas were open late.
Price was decent for having the pool facilities that it had.

Cons:

Some areas in entrances and elevator smelt like cigarettes and musty smell.
Disappointed there were no breakfast options at hotel. Even the complimentary coffee bar was out of order.

Pros:

I liked that the rooms were clean and the room size was relatively large.The location was also very good and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about our room was it smelled of old stale smoke and the mattress was way too firm. We had difficulty getting comfortable which made it hard to fall asleep and we woke up sore because the mattress was so hard.
