We love the pool
I liked that we could use the outside and in door pool and had an outside grill
The staff they where super slow, when it was time for us to check in they onky had 1 person doing it and she was super slow had a long line took an 1 just to check in and get our rooms then one lady in the front was really rude. we had free noah ark passes with our stay and she refused to give me our passes due to us staying one night even though I got an email confirmation we where getting one she didn't want to look at my email and kept saying we don't get one because we didn't stay 2 nights or more even though I kept telling her I got an email saying I do. She kept rolling her eyes and gave me her boss email address even though she wrote it wrong the first time until I asked her to write it down for me correct still with an attitude.
The location and pools
The desk staff seemed very disinterested. The kiddies pool needed work to make bottom of slides safer. There was NO coffee/machine out of order. Vending machine didn't work. Bedding did not fit beds. Housekeeping wanted to clean our room before checkout.
The outdoor pool
The beds are uncomfortable. No continental breakfast which i thought it had.
I liked how close the hotel is to everything we did.
For starters- this hotel had remodeling on July 11th from 8am to about 10pm. Mostly people who stay here are on vacation, why would you start remodeling at 8am? I was in room 200, and the hallway that’s on our wall was being banged on and we heard saws all day. That Saturday was our day on our vacation to sleep in. We were not able to sleep in. We checked out on Saturday around 10:30pm because I was irritated and I wasn’t supposed to check out until Sunday at 11am. We are a family of 7. Why was there not more accommodations for that? No shampoo , conditioner, soaps, no more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper. And that roll had a yellow stain on the bottom it was so gross. The front check out countertop was taped because it was broken.. it just doesn’t scream luxury to me. Also, their toddler pool section can’t have anyone older than 12 or 13. My family kid ages range from 15-5. But they allow all ages in the bigger pool.. I don’t want my younger kids with the adults/bigger kids. If my 15 year old is watched by parents why not let them go into the younger kids pool area to keep family together. This hotel has a weird smell to it. It’s very outdated.
Check in was easy
Our room wasn't very clean, we didn't get towels we requested, and none of the vending machines worked so we had to leave to get drinks
