This was a great choice in Fairbanks. Good location, large spacious all suite hotel with full kitchen and restaurant onsite, guest laundry ($3 tokens per load) and free airport shuttle. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy access to all of Fairbanks and UBER is readily available. Like all of Alaska everything is a bit expensive but well worth it.

Everything was good. They just didn’t stand by their word of letting us stay in the same room. We arrived at 1:00 am. Got settled only to have to re pack and move the next day.

Very clean and cozy, slightly off the beaten path. This hotel could use some updating, but overall very nice. They have a good restaurant (don't do their breakfast buffet, it's overpriced for what they offer) on site. We would stay here again.

Extremely friendly and informative staff. The restaurant on the property is very good. Expensive by NY standards but realize everything has to be trucked in. They have coffee and tea in the lobby. Beds are comfortable with blackout shades. Well supplied kitchen and showers. GFI in bathroom was broken so hairdryer didn’t work but they were very sorry and it will be fixed tomorrow when handyman is around… no worries, hairdryer comes off the wall and can plug in elsewhere. Going to explore Fairbanks now.

We are a soccer team traveling to some games in Fairbanks and it was a great place stay. Very close to the fields and nice to have kitchens to feed the team. Excellent clean spacious rooms. Great showers and towels. The staff were awesome and helped whenever we needed anything. The only annoying thing was that the in hotel restaurant stops serving dinner at 9 so plan accordingly unless you just want a salad.

Staff are awesome! The room was immaculate! They are so willing to help. I needed a couple things for my disabled husband and they responded so well and very fast! We are definitely enjoying our stay! Thank you!

Really easy location. Been here before. Close to all and easy to get anywhere from hotel location. Staff excellent. We will be back.

The hotel is in a very good location. Fred Meyer is at walkable distance so we got everything we needed from there for our 4 days stay.
The room came with a kitchen so you can cook your own food and it came handy for our toddler's lunch and dinner.

The rooms are old but clean. They are warm and comfortable.

The hotel provides free shuttle service from the railroads and the airport so that was really convenient. Also they have a laundry service with a cost.

For me the only con was the wash basin is outside the bathroom.
I would stay there again if I visit Fairbanks again.

Very nice cozy suite room with balcony and kitchen. Relaxing feel like home experience with complimentary shuttle service, breakfast, coffee. Laundry is easy with self service washer and drier machines in the hotel.

I stayed at Sophie Station Suites in FEB and MAR 2026, for two separate business trips. It had been a few years since I last stayed there, so the recently upgraded mattresses are a pleasant change. Also, I always appreciate having a full kitchen, in order to avoid having to eat out, every night. There are new cardio machines on order, so the exercise room is currently very limited, but it is anticipated to be improved by summer of 2026. The staff was very friendly, even accommodating my request to change floors / rooms, at check-in. I ate dinner at Zack's, on my last night. The service was very attentive and burger was quite tasty, but it took a long time to arrive -- it was pretty packed, though, on a Sunday night.

Enjoyed staying here for four nights. The suites are spacious and quite roomy. The kitchen is very convenient and has everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. The receptionists are very friendly, especially Quinn and Kaitlynn, who always answered our questions patiently. The location is a plus—within walking distance to two major supermarkets. Highly recommended!
