the location was very good. the room smelled a little, could be due to the rain.
I had to upgrade the room in order to check in earlier because I booked thru booking.com.
We like the property and rooms. We’re very disappointed in the continuation of being downgraded into subpar rooms. Including being expected to walk across the parking lot to get into the building. I refused because that would mean my wife would have to walk outdoors on a rainy misty cold night to the pool and back and that’s not what we paid for
They blamed Booking.com they ended up keeping us in the Inn but they wanted another $10 which I refused to pay because I prepaid $155 plus tax. Meanwhile I overheard the desk quoting rates starting from $123 to $140’ish and was surprised to hear I’m paying more but getting less

Nice hotel close to Old Sturbridge Village. Nice, spacious and very well equipped room. Clean and comfortable. We haven't used the gym nor the pool, yet they look good. Quite good breakfast with scrambled eggs, some meat, yogurt, fruits, cold/hot beverages. Very quite location.

Most Everything except the AC/Heater unit is noisy.
There seems to be some issues with the 110v outlets and especially the AC/Heater unit is very noisy
The facility was very clean. The room was super clean and staff was very friendly.
We got a king suite but the king bed only had square throw pillows on it with standard pillowcases. I would think that for a king size bed even a standard size pillow should be available.

Nothing to write home about - as expected. However, cleaner and better maintained compared to similar chains in the US.
The aircon was noisy but we were there just for a day so this was not an issue.
I took a bus group there and it was wonderful. Beautiful property! Very clean!! Staff was fantastic, they were so helpful and accommodating! Great place to stay, I would definitely take a bus group there again! Highly recommend!
