Price was within reason for a clean, comfortable stay. My husband loved the breakfast. I’m not a breakfast person.
Pros:

The location, and the beautiful Victorian furniture in the lobby. It was only a couple of miles to The Passion Play.

Cons:

Our room was clean, but it smelled like a dill pickle. After a while, we got used to it. We were just there to shower and sleep.

Considering the price, not so bad
Pros:

The hotel staff at check in were lovely. The location and the room itself were nice but it looked better in the posted photographs. The room was a bit messed up here and there (door was banged up and didn't quite seal shut, the cabinet that housed the refrigerator and microwave was broken, and the floors weren't properly vacuumed before we arrived. We found candy and other food pieces on the carpets. The room was quite moist granted it was summer and quite hot out so the air conditioning was running continuously.

Cons:

The cleaning staff were men and they looked a bit rough. I felt slightly uncomfortable leaving my belongings when we were out and about in Eureka Springs. Nothing happened to any of our belongings. Just as women traveling alone it was slightly concerning having these rough looking men cleaning the rooms.

Outdated room, lots of flies coming from somewhere, bathroom fan stopped working and made loud noise so couldn’t use the fan which in turn couldn’t use the light

It’s ok, except for the breakfast
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

The breakfast is disproportionately small for the number of guests, we went elsewhere

The hotel itself was wonderful. Just need disabled parking stalls please.
Pros:

The location was great, the breakfast was superb, enjoyed the landscaping and the views, and the staff was kind and respectful in all my questions from check -in to check -out. I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

My only ONE disappointment was that with myself being disabled it was difficult to go from my room to the vehicle. I would have to park in which ever stalls were available for I didn’t see any disabled parking stalls on the premises.

Perfect stay for the money!!
Pros:

Excellent choice for a place to stay in Eureka Springs!!! This hotel is more than you expect. Starting with the lobby you walk into a Victorian charm atmosphere complete with chandelier and beautiful Victorian couches. Check in was smooth and the room was clean. They didn’t have the King Suite available due to almost every room being booked. So we will definitely go back. The grounds are breath taking and the place is huge! It’s located close to everything you’ll want to visit. It’s also a trolley stop so if you don’t want to navigate the town use the trolley for a small fee. It will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. I can’t give it 10 stars or I would and believe me I am a very picky person about my hotel stays!! Well done Quality Inn!!! Well done!!!

Everything great (except the smell)
Pros:

Great location, beautiful garden area, complimentary hot breakfast, nice pool area, super friendly staff, maintenance staff always outside working hard. Only con was the musty smell from the AC unit and the water in the shower was either really hot or really cold - tough to get warm. We didn’t complain since we had limited time at hotel.
Five stars for everything except the smell.
