Tampa Bay Extended Stay - Airport

It was dirty and reeked of very old cigarette smoke in both rooms we were put in. The 1st night, the office was closed, which we were not told. Drove 40 minutes back to a relative for the night. They refunded that night. Came the next day to the same accomadations. To top it all off, there were young men partying off the sidewalk. That was it. I am asking for a full refund.

NOTHING NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO CANCEL RESERVATION

It was dirty. The security man gave us keys to a room that was already occupied.

No recomendable. Imposible comunicarse y que te atiendan.

It's very bad maintained and very poorly cleaned. Best way to describe it is not clean at all.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had visibly dirty floors and stained walls and ceiling. Due to these unsanitary conditions, I immediately requested a room change at the front desk. After leaving the hotel for dinner and returning later that evening, we discovered a severe roach infestation in the room. Roaches were crawling on the floors and walls; we killed several, but more continued to appear. Unfortunately, there was no staff available at the front desk to assist with another room change. Given the circumstances and lack of assistance, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and secure accommodations at another hotel approximately 20 minutes away.

La única razón por la que dejo una mala valoración es que llegué para registrarme a las 9:30 p. m., y el ambiente en el pasillo donde se encontraba mi habitación me pareció inseguro; había individuos de aspecto sospechoso reunidos y bebiendo justo fuera de la habitación contigua. Viajaba con mi hija adolescente y, al ver esta situación, mi esposo y yo regresamos a la recepción para cancelar la reserva, momento en el que ya eran las 10:00 p. m. y salimos a buscar otro hotel para pasar la noche. Esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en todos mis años de viaje. La persona que nos atendió en la recepción fue muy amable y paciente ante la situación.

The room was not cleaned. Unable to sleep in bed due to itchiness. Spoke with manager the next day to cancel our stay, was told to submit request to only be charged for one night and get a refund for the second night we had canceled. Never received refund.

The room smells like cigarette smoke.

Vending machine on 2nd floor was broken. Our room had a moldy smell; the walls were dirty; there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor & in the corners of the living/sleeping areas. There was dirt in the corners, floors were dirty. The whole room was disgusting!!! 😝😷

Door was open when I arrived, cockroaches in the room, door did not lock with key card, microwave was dirty (had obviously been cleaned by staff prior to my arrival - but was rusty and needed to be replaced)

I didn’t like that one of the ladies knocked on my door before I can even check out! I felt rushed. I didn’t like the way the room service did it.
