Clean and well maintained room.
Pros:

Helpful motel clerk. Spotless large room. No sign of wear or abuse. Quiet back street. Close to the beach and downtown.

Cons:

Would have preferred an elevator to the second floor. No grab handle in the shower, and the floor of the tub was mildly slippery.

We had the best time!
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The fire pit brings people together which is a bonus. We met some really nice people during our stay. Location couldn’t be any better.

Location. Close to good restaurants and bakery. No view but close to beach parking lot and beach. Enjoyed local restaurants.

Last minute cancellation for another hotel required quick last minute search for a two night stay at Inn at the Sea.
Pros:

Spacious room. Comfortable bed, yet a little tall for my liking. Close to down town.

Cons:

No elevators. Bed too tall. No ocean view.

Lovely stay and very comfortable.
Pros:

Everything went well. The walk-in shower got everything pretty wet, though. Very comfortable beds!! The manager was very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay there again.

Cons:

Walk in shower. Got floor really wet. There was no air conditioning so we had to settle for a rotating fan, but it worked okay. Just prefer air.

Pros:

I loved the location and the last minute availability. Check in was easy and delightful,when I had the issue with my lock the gal was quick to get me a key and access.

Cons:

My fridge didn't hold temp and I had to throw out food I had packed along. The door lock wasn't working so I needed a key,when checking out the attendant in the office it seemed like the issues were always a thing and no appearance of needing to fix the issues. The shower head was leaking so I told them so they would be aware. The Keurig water holder was growing something in it so I had to wash out myself to make coffee so I told them about that as well to make sure those things get checked periodically.

Got ripped off
Pros:

No breakfast location wasn't great had blocks to the ocean and no view. There was also no TV in the room and only 1 small couch we rented a 3 room place and was no room for all of us to seat and watch tv before bed

Cons:

TV in room and with the 3 room place could have bigger and more couches to enjoy the tv

Good value
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and consistent for the level of hotel. We bring our dog and they are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Parking was almost full as in one space left.
