Pros:

Adorable property. Close to beach and historic sites.
The broom in the room was a great idea. No a/c but it was not needed. Great idea with the fan.

Cons:

No elevator! Also, beach town shuts down early. Be prepared.

Pros:

Location, size of room & several places to sit in the room.
I also "Loved" the bathtub. The nonskid bottom surface was fantastic!

Good value, not very private
Pros:

Very clean room. Had a fridge and a bathtub. The fan worked great (no AC). The room is very spacious. Good value for money. Neighbors very quiet.

Cons:

It was one of the hottest days of the year and the place has no AC. The only window faces the hall and across the street, so the person smoking across the street could easily see me. Can't say it felt private but thankfully I got a room in the middle of the hallway upstairs so nobody walked past my window. I arrived around 8pm and got a text message with a door code that didn't work but there was nobody on site. I called and they were able to help but they gave confusing instructions that made me think they've never been on site before. Got the impression nobody worked on-site.

Great location, great price, great staff will be returning.
Pros:

I like the location, the room has everything you need if you want to make food in your room. Liked having a freezer in the room. Staff is wonderful. Dog friendly.

Cons:

This particular room smelled like cigarette smoke. The signs for the fire pit need updating because the times have changed.

Clean, Friendly, Excellent location, Can be a bit noisy being on first floor
Pros:

Great location, super walkable to everything in and around the beach, kid + dog friendly, cute fire pit area with bbq and big connect 4 , Staff was super friendly and made check in easy and quick, pointed us to a local school for a playground for the kids which was super helpful after 7pm when everything closes down!

Cons:

Thin walls and ceilings, would recommend 2nd floor for quiet family’s

Close proximity to bars restaurants bakery and gift shops.

Cons:

Room behind me was very noisy till 3 am until I banged on my interior door and eventually quieted down.

It was great.
Pros:

We stay here whenever we go to Long Beach. It's very close to everything and affordable.

Cons:

The only issue was the cable, a lot of channels weren't working but it didn't affect us much.
