Quiet and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful
Pros:

The room was spacious. We liked the fact that there were no carpets, room looked updated. Almost right downtown and very close to the beach.

Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. Too expensive to be treated terrible with dirty rooms.

We did not get the accommodations we booked, the employees were rude, even insinuated I was lying about requesting and confirming the accommodations we booked, zero resolution even after we were told we would be refunded for one of our two rooms we paid for that we couldn’t even use because of the property’s scheduling error and still have not received that refund. The sheets were dirty when we checked in, the walls were dirty, the floors hadn’t been cleaned (my daughter’s socks were literally black after ten minutes in the room). They don’t wash the mattress covers and we found it full of hair and old food. When asking them for clean sheets, we were told it would be a while before they could get to it and asked if we even wanted to wait that long. Eventually, we got an apology for getting treated so poorly and they gave the kids dollar store bubbles as a consolation. Still did not fix their error which results in us and our five kids staying in one double queen room for three nights. Never been treated so poorly in my life. I had to walk away from the receptionist because she was so rude. We paid almost $1500 and have heard nothing from the property or Booking to make it right. Also, we weren’t the only ones. The lady checking in before us had booked an accessible first floor room because she could not physically walk up to the second floor and was booked on the second floor and was told there was nothing that could be done. She also received bubbles to “make it right”. She wasn’t even traveling with children. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Pros:

Great location and dog friendly. Staff was helpful and we appreciated the electric car charging station.

Cons:

You could hear other guests upstairs and next door and bed was uncomfortable. Furniture was worn and table was broken.
