Light fixture broke in bathroom #309
The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was not clean! There was long black hairs on the floor and in the tub/shower. I was there for four nights, they did not even empty the trash from my room once or pick up all of the dirty towels, nothing.

I like the decor. The beds are very comfortable. The room came with plenty of towels. The price was great, and it had several amenities. We enjoyed the pool, and the dolphin tiles at the bottom of the pool were a highlight for my kids. They had a good-sized gym for a hotel.
The air conditioner/heater in our room didn't have the dials. So the room was too cold, and there was no way to fix it. The pool area could have been maintained better. There were no towels in the pool area, and the area around the pool looked dirty.
amazing place to stay 3rd time we stay here and it is nice to stay there and close to many places to eat
sometimes the keycards may not work the first try so you will have to send someone to the lobby but other than that no complaints

Pool and hot tub sign on door said closed for maintenance. But it looked like it was just fine. Booked a room with pool and hot tub so we could use them! They could have said on thier web it was closed!!
