It’s a great location for going to Rocky Mountain NP, could be that Estes Park is not cheap for October time frame!

The location is great, not too far from downtown Estes Park & Rocky MountainNP entrances.

Cons:

The room could use some tender loving care for the cost that we paid.

Pros:

Great location, had a nice outdoor area upstairs with fire pit and I think there was live music.

Cons:

We had a few issues the first night but were resolved with the help of Justin.

Very nice older lodge, kind people that managed property. No grocery or gas stations to walk to. Reasonable priced.
Pros:

Overlooks a small part of Lake Estes, large covered patio with furniture and fire pits for large groups. Beautiful scenery and the Elk were in parking lot 2 days.

Cons:

Elevator is too small.Had to make extra trips . Need to update appliances refrigerator and microwaves, had broken parts.
