Pros:

L'emplacement était pas mal et la facilité d'accès.

The place is falling apart.

I liked the location and the outside access from my room.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Hairs in the shower and mold. When we got in the room there was a guy fixing the blinds and we had to wait for him to finish. The refrigerator kept leaking water all over the floor. The ac leaked water all over the floor. Our room keys stopped working at noon on the second day even though we paid for 2 nights. The facility is bad. Needs a lot of maintenance. Has a ton of potential and i would have been okay with it if the refrigerator and ac wouldnt have soaked our floor or if my room keys would have kept working. I know im not the only one with the room key issue because when i was checking in another guest was having her keys reprogrammed.
If they fix these issues i would stay again. I see the potential, it can be fixed.

Great location for a place in renovation.

Dining facility- the staff in charge of- very slow in cleaning tables & sweeping up after diners. If you’re serving syrup with breakfast it requires attentive staff to wipe tables frequently. Guests having to ask for a wet cloth to clean their table isa negative impression.

I would stay again.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable, and the property was generally clean and well maintained, though a few areas could benefit from additional attention. The staff was pleasant and courteous, and the location was excellent. I especially appreciated the hydration station, which was a thoughtful amenity. One opportunity for improvement would be for the staff to become more familiar with Estes Park so they can better assist guests with local recommendations and information.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that could be improved. The complimentary breakfast was consistently late, and the selection was limited compared with what many hotels typically offer. The fruit quality was also below expectations. Outdoor trash bins were not emptied regularly, and when I requested an extra comforter, only blankets were available.
The property also has some maintenance needs. Since I understand there is new management, I hope these issues will be addressed. Adding sheer curtains alongside the blackout curtains would also allow guests to enjoy natural light during the day while maintaining privacy.
I'm sharing these observations because I believe the hotel has great potential. Addressing these relatively minor issues could significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Cons:

The hotel has a 4 PM check-in time, and despite that, our room was not clean when we finally got access to it. We were moved to another room, but that one was dirty as well. They eventually cleaned the second room, but it took an additional hour before we could settle in.

The property is very old and in desperate need of a thorough deep cleaning and renovation. There was visible mold, and overall cleanliness was poorly maintained throughout the hotel.

Breakfast was also disappointing—they even ran out of syrup for the pancakes. Overall, the experience was disorganized, poorly maintained, and not worth the stay.

Watch your cards
Pros:

The room was great. But someone behind the counter decided to use my credit card for person use. It was don 3 times. I had to freeze my card and of report. Major inconvenience when traveling. They took the hacking so casually. That made me insecure.

Lage zum Rocky Mountain Nationalpark und See.

Sauberkeit, kein Deckenlicht im Zimmer, Müll im Außenbereich komplett überfüllt, Shampoo wurde bei dreitägigem Aufenthalt nicht aufgefüllt, an 2 von 3 Tagen wurde der Frühstücksbereich nicht pünktlich eröffnet, sodass die Gäste warten mussten und nach verspäteter Öffnung war das Frühstück noch nicht gänzlich aufgebaut. Insgesamt daher Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut.
