Good place to stay
Pros:

Good spot to rest while exploring Estes Park. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The hotel does seem a bit older, so some areas felt slightly dated, but everything was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. It was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus since we were traveling with our dog.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Not recommending this property. No privacy, high noise levels and horrible breakfast

Location was good, only few miles from the Rocky Mountains

Cons:

Breakfast was not good, there was no eggs no meats no nothing. Very minimal effort put into breakfast by property.
Noise level is very high. I could hear everything from my next room neighbor like they were in the room with me. I couldn’t sleep until room next to me would stop talking or have any privacy at all. This is definitely not caused by neighbors being loud at all they were talking normally. Noise is caused by poor hotel insulation

Location, staff and scenery was great! Loved the granola bar for hiking.

Cons:

Very dirty, I wiped the base of the shower door slide area and it was filthy, flooring in bathroom was so nasty looking, no fans in bathroom, wrapper under TV stand. No pillow case for extra pillow in room, toilet seat was lose. Shower head trickled, shower stall was disgusting and drain was clogged. Ice machine was clear at each end of hotel. Hotel was very dated compaired.to photos they show.Bathroom needs work and housekeeping needs to do better. Rooms were very run down.

Great place with Big Rig Parking plus great staff
Pros:

Great place with great staff,? Everyone in front rest very helpful, i was driving a tractor trailer to recover a roll over in the Mtns & this place accommodated us perfectly w the big rig plus hotel was so clean & had a great sleep.

Good hotel, amazing staff, for the price I’d like for it to have been a bit cleaner.
Pros:

It’s nice being able to park right next to your room. And looking out your window and seeing mountains was amazing. Saw a couple of friendly deer in the parking lot.

Cons:

Floors weren’t really clean in our room, kinda sticky, needed swept and mopped
Bathroom missing ceiling tiles

Pros:

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was nice. Got a room with a balcony that had great views. Pool was clean and warm. Game room was a nice addition. I would go there again and would recommend staying there to others.

Fantastic experience in Estes Park and the hotel.
Pros:

Easy hotel to get to right on the edge of town. The views from that hotel are some of the best in town. I asked for a room with a view and that was granted. The check in was super easy, the people that helped me, Tim and J, were so friendly and helpful. I wish I was able to stay a bit longer to check out the area more and try some of their fantastic breakfast spread. I will be back to Estes Park and will hopefully be able to stay at this hotel again.

Great stay for the Big Foot Festival at Estes Park, Colorado
Pros:

Great experience staying at this hotel. I didn't get a chance to explore everything, but the staff was so nice, I want to go back. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Shout-out to Tim, who made sure I was taken care of with my late arrival, and the other staff that took care of me at the front desk, Javeia, Tony and Tial. They definitely run a pet friendly hotel.
