The hotel's location is great, and the bed is incredibly cozy
Pros:

We had a dream of visiting the mountain towns, and we started with Estes Park, it was excellent

Hotel abbastanza grande, così come la nostra camera.
Il letto era comodo e abbiamo apprezzato la piscina coperta.

Cons:

La prenotazione via Booking indicava la colazione inclusa, ma nella realtà consisteva in un voucher da 10$/testa da spendere nel ristorante all’interno, dove ogni portata costava ben di più.
La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata.

Hôtel avec piscine intérieure, chambre spacieuse et lit confortable

Cons:

La chambre était très mal isolée car il y avait une porte communicante avec la chambre d'à côté, j’entendais le voisin aller aux toilettes et cracher constamment de manière répugnante... Les voisins se sont également disputés et ont crié jusqu'à minuit nous empêchant de dormir...
De plus, le petit déjeuner était compris lorsque j'ai réservé il y a quelques mois sur booking mais lorsque j'ai demandé où se situait le petit déjeuner ils m'ont répondu que celui-ci n'était plus compris depuis le 1er août. Ils m'ont fourni un bon d'achat de 10$ alors que n'importe quel plat était à minimum 15,5$ + boissons + taxe + tips. Je n'ai pas trouvé cela honnête du tout et j'ai réservé cette chambre car il y avait le petit déjeuner mais j'ai finalement eu des frais supplémentaires. Le SAV de booking ne me répond pas non plus à ce sujet...

The room was not a good value.
Pros:

I am 82 and this is one of the best breakfast ever!!! Best waiter and the best atmosphere!! The chef even came to our table to say hello! We will return to the restaurant but not the hotel.

It was a great stay for our family and a great location within Estes park!
Pros:

The view of the mountains were great from our balcony! The room and bathroom were spacious. Everyone at the front desk had a smile on and were friendly the 5 nights we were there.

Cons:

The pool area would run out of towels. The cleaning on days 3 & 4 didn’t really happen in our room we were left new towels, which was great and definitely needed. But something you could ask the front desk for as well whenever you needed to.

Comfortable beds and clean

Cons:

Bare bones, refrigerator made loud sound, air conditioner was unplugged and huge cover was off lying on floor when we checked in. Balcony not worth it.

The Expedition Lodge Needs Updating!
Pros:

The service people at the lodge were lovely. The lodge itself is in desperate need of updating. The rooms were clean but dated but the lobby and all the corridors were dirty. Carpets needed vacuuming badly. No elevators.

Just Tolerable for such a high price.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

Cons:

The floor in our room was nasty dirty as well as the hallway outside our room. I walked around in my white bed socks and they were dark gray on the bottoms when I took them off.
