Very Nice and easy to find.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. Being able to watch tv and have a channel guide to see what shows were on.

Cons:

Having two rooms and separate transactions to sign paperwork for each and pay $50 for each room instead of being combined.

A place to sleep that was convenient to my journey, but I wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Nice refrigerator-freezer.

Cons:

Several broken items - DirecTV controller, window blinds, toilet seat askew, poor lighting in bathroom, upper door lock didn't function. I felt like a needed to wear shoes at all times - floors felt grungy. I selected the room based on a high review; but it did not live up to my expectations.

Nicht noch einmal.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet (der aber nicht funktionierte:kein Signal), Kühlschrank, Couch , 1 Sessel, 2 Hocker. Das Wifi ging so. Das Frühstück war gut und Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden. Das war es dann aber auch schon erfreuliches.

Cons:

Nach 5h Fahrt bei 30Grad freuten wir uns auf den Pool (1 Kriterium für meine Buchung), dieser scheint aber schon seit geraumer Zeit wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen zu sein. Darüber wurde ich vorab nicht informiert. Unser Zimmer 308 liegt direkt am Aufzug und den haben wir, genauso wie die ebenfalls dort stehende Eismaschine, oft gehört. An einen erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Die letzten Gäste kamen kurz nach 23:00Uhr und die ersten verließen schon kurz vor 05:00Uhr ihre Zimmer. Der Fernseher empfing kein Signal und auch das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen. Insgesamt keine schönen Urlaubstage. Memphis selbst ist auch nicht besonders attraktiv. Einzig die Outdoor World ist ein Erlebnis.

Cons:

Bathroom door would lock from the inside to where I was unable to get in. Called downstairs and they came and got it opened, but with an attitude ( just one female staff member). Window view from the room wasn’t too pleasant.
