I will definitely not stay her again.
Pros:

Nothing regarding the staff or the service. Simply terrible. Staff must be trained and well educated about the service industry. For the money being spent, one would expect a certain level of service. At this place this was none.

Cons:

Guards hold parking spaces, tell you to move, yet allows people to park after. Totally disappointing. Ordered room service, an hour later nothing arrived, called reception, they didnt know about the order. Went downstairs, waiter was mingling with guest in the lounge. Another 30 minutes later, had to cancell the order.

Quality of breakfast - food was cold despite being kept in bain-maries. Water refill was not done when the room was serviced by housekeeping.

Excellent stay with comfy beds

Cons:

Securtity of the room is excellant BUT Some other intoxicated guests attempted to open the room door. Perhaps some monitoring of the floors for these types of guest is needed to avoid interrupting non-drinking guests

Cons:

Did not like the decor at the entrance for a smart hotel it was very kitch.
The service at the restaurant
The waitresses and waiters we had to look for them for service for tea and coffee when we went down for breakfast
Then we had to ask for butter as there was only margarine. some people do not eat margarine
And then we had to look for other jams only had apricot jam

It was a beautiful room, beautiful location, service so so!
Cons:

My woman forgot Colgate and a toothbrush and had to pay for that… sure guys let’s extend come courtesy. Additionally, when I was booking it showed breakfast. In the morning, she went for breakfast and there wasn’t any!

Fire and Ice Protea needs some work
Pros:

Decent breakfast friendly staff

Cons:

Shower is terrible water pours into the bathroom, Extractor fan stays on the whole night,can't switch it off.King bed is not a King but rather two single beds put together.
