This location is very clean.
Bed 8s excellent and sheets and towels smell clean
No banana offered at breakfast
It was clean and beds were comfortable
No coffee of any kind in rooms. We had to ask for it and carry it up to our room. One working single cup at a time coffee in the breakfast area. There were constant lines for this. We ended up going out for breakfast to avoid the lines for coffee
The proximity to Red Rocks is stellar. The pool was large. The room was nicely equipped with microwave and fridge area
1. The room was not clean: sticky spill on the counter and floor
2. There was a single nightstand for 4 of us between two beds
3. Breakfast hours end at 9:30 which is way too early.
4. The hot tub was not clean and well maintained
Proximity to highway and event location
Staff on arrival seemed completely uninterested in my arrival. Double-charged for a purchase which was corrected although it took quite a long time. Also minimal amenities in the room considering how expensive it was for one night. Uncomfortable lumpy bed. 11 am checkout seems unreasonable. I would have preferred a noon checkout time.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool and spa were great. Breakfast spread was adequate.
You needed to sign up for wifi or pay. The air conditioner was noisy and went on/off all night. We couldn't turn it off.
It was close to where I went to visit
The pool was to cold and the hot tub had to much chlorine chlorine it ruined. Our swimsuits was bleached very bad.
It was ok. Nothing great.
The room had a cracked toilet, the bathroom door wouldn't lock unless you pushed hard on the door. The heat/ac was run off of a thermostat so if you sleep with a fan, you will not have the white noise you are used to. There is a construction company that has back up alarms that you will hear late in the night but it will help drowned out the noise of the teenage girls constantly slamming their door and and running up and down the hallway.

Viel zu teuer. Für diesen Preis kann man auch ein sauberes Bad ohne zig Haare der Vorgänger erwarten. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Everything was absolutely satisfactory.
My only complaint was that the mattress wasn’t that great. It wasn’t horrible, but I have back issues and I’ve had better.
Extremely Disappointing Experience. What started as a simple request for help with a TV remote escalated into a shocking situation for my family. Instead of resolving a routine customer service issue, a hotel employee pounded on our door and threatened to have us removed, frightening my young child. We no longer felt safe staying and had to leave. I reported the incident to both hotel management and IHG. However, IHG said they could not override the hotel's decision, and the hotel refused to refund our stay or meaningfully address our concerns. This experience was not about a TV remote. It was about how a minor issue was handled with a lack of professionalism and accountability. Not safe to say and I don't recommend this hotel to any one.
Nice amenities, good location
Only issue we ran into was with getting enough towels in our room and in the pool area
The breakfast were good & we were able to use the EV charger for our car which served our needs when touring around the area given the gas prices now.
The ventilation was horrible… ac unit was noisy… had a south facing room which didn’t help making it difficult for the ac to keep up. Also the tv remote didn’t work properly
