Comfortable beds but not up to the Ascott management as advertised .

Cons:

Property not maintained properly . My tap at sink , mirror in bathroom - has been worn out and needs attention . Curtains in room is worn too( has holes in it ) and needs to be changed . It’s a bit of a let down especially if this is supposed to be an Ascott managed hotel as we have stayed in many Ascott chains around the world and this does not live up to the name .
Breakfast was very substandard too with staff service being very poor . It was not worth paying the extra $ to include breakfast .

L'espace, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil et de service

Cons:

J'ai eu froid dans la chambre, par deux fois j'ai demandé de mettre la climatisation à une température plus élevée, rien n'y fit, elle est restée à 20.5 degrés alors que le technicien l'avait mis à 25 puis à 30, je suppose qu'elle est bloquée par l'établissement, dans ce cas il est préférable de le spécifier. De ce fait, j'ai arrêté toute climatisation qui faisait même de la condensation aux vitres, le froid à l'intérieur et le chaud de l'extérieur....

La chambre très confortable, le petit déjeuner, la piscine

Cons:

Le café est moyen et pas très chaud, j'ai demandé du lait chaud, on m'a dit qu'il n'y en avait pas, il suffirait d'installer un micro ondes

Pros:

The Indonesian option at breakfast was great. The staffs were very welcoming as well. Rooms were very comfortable too.

Cons:

The parking lot space was limited and combined with the amount of vehicles from the apartment behind, hence need to be more cautious when parking.
