Hôtel qui a besoin de rénovation pour le prix
Cons:

Équipements usés , personnels désagréables surtout de nuit , l'hôtel a besoin de rénovation, le prix est trop élevé pour la présentation et le service ... La piscine avec une odeur de chlore accentuée mal propre .. le petit déj n'était pas au top et pas de bonne qualité ... Le café n'en parlons même pas et les jus sans goût

we liked the location of the hotel. It was ideal. Close proximity to mall and for food.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR DISABLED GUESTS. IT ADVERTISES FALSLY BEING ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED USERS IT IS NOT!!! There is not 1 room in the whole hotel that has a walk in shower. Bath is 2 ft high. To step in there are no handrails.. when told reception they just seem to brush it off. Like you booked and now you have no choice! Downnstairs looks like a 4* . But rooms are like 2*. The hallways are filthy, doors and furnishings are old chipped and broken. Rooms are really outdated. Linen is also very old. This hotel needs a seriously good refurbishment. Only bonus to the hotel is the cleaning lady who is very nice and attentitve. Location is good though.

Bon pour passer une nuit et continuer sa route
Pros:

Le personnels est très sympa

Cons:

- le parking annoncé n’est pas accessible donc j’ai laissé la voiture dehors.
- lhotel est vraiment vieux et devrait procéder a un rafraîchissement que ça soit mobilier ou bâtiment

Bien pour un nuit
Pros:

L'emplacement est le grand point fort de cette hôtel, au centre du quartier Guéliz. A proximité des restaurants, clubs etc.
Et le prix .

Cons:

L'hôtel est vétuste, la gentillesse du personnel n'efface malheureusement l'état global de l'hôtel. La moitié des prises de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, les serviettes de bain sont propres mais sentent l'humidité. La piscine est très petite et vite bondée. Nous n'avions fait qu'une nuit à l'hôtel avant de rentrer mais je ne pense pas revenir.
