Comfortable
Pros:

The room was cool and comfortable on a very hot day. It was quiet and the breakfast was very good.

A couple of hiccups, but still a good place to stay.
Pros:

This is one of the nicest BWs we've stayed at for a long time. We booked a suite using a couple of $50 BW vouchers that we had accrued over the last 8 weeks. All good, the app and email showed the corrected price, but my credit card was charged the full amount - the girl at check in wasn't sure how to fix it, but assured me the manager would fix it in the morning. Get up to room and the smoke alarm was beeping at us. We also realized we'd been given a room right on the corner on the main road. Went downstairs and they were only to happy to move us. We did end up with a cheaper room, but it was much quieter at the back of the hotel - much nicer. The lady at the desk in the morning was very helpful and while we were having breakfast after explaining everything to her, she sorted it out with the manager, and we were even given a bunch of extra reward points.
So after all that it was a very enjoyable stay.
One thing about the town though - we had to go half an hour or so away to get some dinner. There was a restaurant just around the corner that we walked too, that was supposed to be open - but the had a sign on the door saying 'closed due to equipment issues '.... Everywhere else closed at either 5 or 6 pm!

Great location for area shopping and attractions.
Pros:

We have been going to this hotel for years, it's our go-to place to stay when in the area. While we still had a good stay, we feel that it could use a few upgrades. The towels we had were worn and felt the overall feel of the room could use a refresh. The staff there is great and the location is perfect for people wanting to visit the area's local shopping.

Quite disappointing!
Pros:

The size of the room. Laundry facility. The lady at the Reception was good. The location is good.

Cons:

The window opened to the road and the buses and cars were so close to the room. The room was very dated and dark. The breakfast was terrible.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Atmosphere very peaceful & quiet for most of our stay.
