It was fairly clean, and the free breakfast was decent. I loved the cafe across the street (not affiliated with the hotel).
The room states that a patio was included, but when I asked the front desk about it, they said that it was not. I was kind of looking forward to the patio, but the room did not have one. Also, there were several members of the staff that were somewhat rude and unpleasant.

Upon walking into the lobby your hit with a scent of freshness. The receptionist was super helpfully. The rooms were definitely well kept which is awesome. If your at Best Western Lancaster for a vacation, ask the receptionist for a printout of where to go and where to eat. Bird-in-Hand farmers market is typically packed but still a great spot to visit. Best Western will no bout be my first option being in Lancaster for sure!
This hotel is centrally located among a small bustling litttle town in Lancaster County. There are a few places you can actually walk to. We have stayed here in the past and wanted to come back! This is a great hotel. We stayed in a 2 Queen Suite. Very spacious lots of drawers and 2 closets. Nice Bathroom area with 2 sinks. The beds were very comfortable except for the pillows. They need to be updated. They were too soft for us which made getting comfortable a challenge at times.The continental breakfast was very good especially the coffee. We had a minor problem with the air conditioning in the first room we were given, but Joellie rectified the situation by changing our room. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly & helpful. Especially Amelia & Stephanie. We will defintely be back!
A great location in the heart of the Amish country. Clean good size rooms, professional and friendly staff, indoor pool and fitness center. The best breakfast offering we have had at any “big chain” hotel. Only thing lacking is a on site dining restaurant, however, we would highly recommended this property for business or pleasure!

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites from the time we drove up to the time we left (6 night stay). The staff created a relaxing atmosphere. They were always pleasant and willing to help from check in to check out. The entire place is impeccably clean, well maintained, and has a great layout. We enjoyed many activities in Lancaster and also spent some time relaxing at the hotel. The outdoor chairs and table were a nice touch as were those in the indoor lobby. Management should be commended for orchestrating such a well-run establishment. Special thanks to Vicki from housekeeping who went out of her way to make our room comfortable. We look forward to returning in the near future.
This Best Western is The Best. I stay here a lot every year and never a disappointment. The staff and atmosphere is like being at home. Service and cleanliness is perfect and is well maintained .

Check-in and out were fast. Clean and well kept rooms and common areas. Breakfast area is very large and food is slightly above average. They have a yogurt machine that my family absolutely loves. Paid slightly more that the average motel and I would gladly do it again.
Close proximity to kitchen kettle. Staff very friendly clean room. Excellent breakfast offered.
