Quite disappointing!
Pros:

The size of the room. Laundry facility. The lady at the Reception was good. The location is good.

Cons:

The window opened to the road and the buses and cars were so close to the room. The room was very dated and dark. The breakfast was terrible.

Will likely never go back.
Pros:

Beautiful accommodations, wonderful people. Unfortunately, our weekend was ruined due to the overpowering perfume smell throughout the hotel. My wife is disabled with chronic pain. The smells gave her non-stop migraines, spent most of the Saturday in bed. We booked the room for disabled guests. This hotel has a spa in it. I wonder if the smells came from that department, but the sheets reeked with perfume also. I get it, guests like us are in the minority and most people don't think about how chemical odors affect some people, especially if the odors are pleasant. But it's just like food/nut allergies, they are very real. They can be debilitating for some guests. I just wish this would be disclosed in the hotel selection or booking process. Most of the time this is not an issue for us when we travel (actually, never in a hotel). I would ask the mgmt. to spend time in competitor hotels and compare. I did discuss with the front desk about finding maybe some unwashed sheets that didn't have the smell, the attendant checked with the manager, and I was informed there was nothing they could do about it.

Great location and staff
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay, and the staff was very pleasant, although there are a few things needing improvement.
1. Bathtubs are a thing of the past while traveling, walk in showers are preferred.
2. Safety bars need placed properly in shower. Maybe just add one one each side of entry.
3. Carpeting needs attention .
4. Front desk was unmanaged at several times when guest needed attention.

Greatest place to stay in Intercourse, PA
Pros:

Initially recommended by friends and have been staying here ever since. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make our stay first class. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding as you would expect in an Amish community. We recommend the Best Western Intercourse to all our friends.

Spacious rooms and great breakfast!
Pros:

The hotel is located in Intercourse, PA, in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff at the front desk were courteous, friendly, and helpful. There was a firepit outside with chairs around it so we could relax and meet other guests. The breakfast was amazing -- a full hot meal that included meat, eggs, oatmeal, and lots of other options. So much nicer than many hotel breakfasts that only feature cold breads and sweet muffins.
