Ottima posizione, abbastanza buona la colazione e camera ampia, spaziosa e comoda

Mi spiace dare un punteggio molto basso ma ci sono state una serie di problematiche che non ci consentono di fare altrimenti
1) come sottolineato da più ospiti la piscina è in totale ristrutturazione; cosa che si sa però solo al check in
2) la cosa più grave è che ci hanno cancellato la seconda notte per una perdita d'acqua della struttura (che ok va bene) lasciandoci praticamente senza assistenza perché la prenotazione era con booking
A parte l'assenza di comunicazione perché l'abbiamo scoperto rientrando per pure fortuna prima in hotel abbiamo dovuto lasciare la stanza alla velocità della luce senza avere un altro.posto dove andare. Quindi abbiamo prenotato un'altra stanza a nostre spese!
Possiamo capire che possano verificarsi le emergenze( ci mancherebbe!) il problema è la gestione delle emergenze e l'assistenza ai clienti. Inoltre ho cercato il giorno stesso e il seguente di contattarli perché nella fretta abbiamo scordato una cosa in stanza e non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta.

Posizione ideale per le escursioni tipiche della zona , ambiente accogliente e pulito, camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno unico ma con doppio lavandino in camera comodissimo. Letti ultra comodi , colazione con discreta scelta tra dolce e salato. Niente caffè italiano espresso !

Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich! Das Pool war mitten im Sommer gesperrt keiner hat sich die Mühe gemacht etwas dazu zu sagen oder es zu erklären!!

Le confort et la distance des lieux de visite aucun souci

Arrivée à l’hôtel on nous dit que la piscine est fermée pour travaux alors que j’avais posé la question si ouverte … en vain ! Ils l’annoncent ça le jour j devant le fait accompli sous 48 degrés et après 6 h de route les enfants rêvaient de la baignade! Me propose l’annulation mais sans remboursement et alors que tous les hôtels sont pleins ! le sketch

Hotel is clean and smart. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Disappointed to find the pool closed for refurbishment. There were workmen digging a hole with a pneumatic drill outside our room. Fortunately we made early starts so it did not bother us too much.
