La formalità nel chiedere una fee per check-in leggermente anticipato non compensata dalla totale omissione di informare preventivamente gli ospiti sull'inabilità della piscina... che non è sembrata di certo temporanea. Avremmo scelto un'altra struttura. Credo che sia un argomento che Booking dovrebbe affrontare con la struttura e chiedere un minimo risarcimento per gli ospiti.

Cons:

La piscine qui est vide et cela depuis visiblement plusieurs mois, la moindre des choses aurait été de prévenir, j'aurais changé d'hôtel

Decent rooms, clean and all basic amenities. Plus with parking.

Cons:

Well we had an unfortunate incident of ending up stuck in the elevator at the property. The call button for help does NOT put you in to contact with people outside the elevator so no one could actually hear that we were stuck in there. This is negligent and not up to par when it comes to keeping your chests safe. After getting out because the elevator finally came to a stop and we were able to get the doors open we informed the front desk about the incident and that the elevator was not working properly and should be closed off. What happened instead was the front desk person just affirmed that sure the elevator does not work and as we were checking out we observed that they kept letting people use the faulty elevator. This is not how a proper hotel should be functioning, and could be severely dangerous. We did not feel that our safety nor comfort was taken into account whatsoever.

It was also unfortunate that the pool was out of commission during such a hot time of the year.

Cons:

Pool was closed, we weren't informed about this beforehand and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool. Employees weren't helpful in finding a solution. Booking.com thankfully offered a free cancellation and we booked a different hotel.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la piscina è una volta arrivati la ci è stato detto che la piscina non era disponibile per via di lavori mai comunicateci!
Staff super scortese e arrogante.
Non comunicare un cambiamento del genere è gravissimo anche perché noi abbiamo pagato un prezzo con piscina inclusa e non ci è stata rimborsata nessuna differenza, nonostante le richieste in loco!
Se volete la piscina andate altrove
