Do not book here! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

This hotel is absolutely filthy. You’re better off not looking too closely at what you’re sleeping in, because you’re practically guaranteed to find stains from bodily fluids. Our bed linen had large, disgusting stains on it. It was so filthy that we simply could not sleep in it.

The hotel was unable to provide us with clean bed linen because the hotel was fully booked and, unbelievably, all the other bedding was wet. We even contacted Booking.com for assistance, but they were unable to help us either. The hotel did not respond to Booking.com’s attempts to contact them, and Booking.com was also unable to offer us an alternative hotel. We finally managed to get clean bed linen after 1 AM.

Apart from that, everything is old and dirty, and the furniture is literally falling apart. The door to the room has gaps so large that people can look inside from the hallway (see picture). Because of this, the room also feels very unsafe.

The hotel is also incredibly noisy. You can hear absolutely everything, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Early in the morning, the housekeeping staff walk through the hallways using extremely loud walkie-talkies. It sounds as if they are standing inside your room shouting.

The pool area is also very unpleasant in the evening because they don’t even turn the lights on.

If the hotel denies any of this in their response, don’t believe them.

Pessima esperienza. Non ci è stato comunicato al momento del check in che non c'era l'acqua calda. Abbiamo parlato con gli altri ospiti dell'hotel che hanno vissuto con noi la stessa situazione; sappiamo che qualcuno ha chiesto già un rimborso anche a booking; a qualcuno è stato proposto dall'hotel di avere uno sconto sul soggiorno di 20 euro dal totale. La cosa più grave è che davanti alla nostra protesta ci è stato detto che siamno stati avvisati al momento del check in; cosa che non è stata fatta nè con noi nè con altri ospiti dell'hotel. Al momento del check out nessuno si è fatto trovare alla reception.

Nem tudtunk sokat pihenni, sajnos nagyon vékonyak a falak, a felső szomszéd egész éjjel hangoskodott. Recepciósok kedvesek voltak, de sokszor várni kellett ràjuk.

Hotel corridors carpets are old and dirty also smell musty. Also room floor was filthy. The hotel requires a complete re decoration and re furb.

2. The hotel did not offer any discounts for not providing hot water for showers. The front desk staff asked guests to sign a notification form or suggest they stay elsewhere, which was very irresponsible.
