Pros:

The breakfast was great, although we came down at 9:45 our second morning and there was hardly anything left. If breakfast goes until 10, then all options should be available until 10.

Cons:

The pool wasn't running (maintenance) so we would have had to go next door to swim if we wanted, which we were not doing. There was also only one functioning elevator and for a hotel with 6 floors, it ended up taking like 10 minutes to get to our floor or down to the main.

I would stay here again when flying through Midway Airpport
Pros:

Close to Midway Airport with 24-hour running shuttle. Great breakfast! Lots of variety and vegetarian choices. Comfortable bed. Quiet!

Cons:

Not many restaurants within short walking distance.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and my husband and I plan to stay here again the next time we're in Chicago! Breakfast was great, with lots of options and fresh hot food being added regularly. The staff was nice and very helpful. The bed provided more support than expected and was very comfortable. The room was very well laid out and functional. We also enjoyed watching the planes fly by more than expected.
We did not use the pool or gym, but we plan to next time. There is also a Starbucks and a restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

The room does not have a microwave. We did not end up needing one, but it would be appreciated for a longer stay. One of the elevators was also out of service when we were there, which led to some long wait times during peak hours.

El hotel realmente me encantó. Ofrecen servicio de Shuttle del hotel al aeropuerto donde se puede tomar el metro de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y la limpieza y espacio del hotel fue excelente. Volvería sin dudarlo

El desayuno no es malo, pero si haces una estancia de varios días se puede volver monótono y repetitivo. Pero tampoco es del todo malo, es un típico desayuno americano en un hotel de este tipo
