Toilets were old. Breakfast room is downstairs, no windows
Location was convenient. The breakfast was not worth the $12.95 we paid. Cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, bread/bagels. Overpriced. Would have gone elsewhere for breakfast but nearby restaurants weren't open at 7:00 am and we had a tour to catch.
Cobwebs in several corners. We were told the shuttle (shared with Springhill Suites) was at the train station to pick us up. After 20 minutes we called. They sent a Lyft for us. Shuttle did show up and filled quickly with another 8-10 waiting for shuttle to come back. We scheduled shuttle for airport. Did not show up at scheduled time. after 10 minutes we told desk clerk who called a Lyft. By the time Lyft got there we were running tight on time.

The hotel was super clean. Rooms a fairly modern. I found the bed very comfortable my husband said it was alright. There isn't anything next to the hotel but a 10-15 minutes walk will get you to downtown. Pass on the prepaid breakfast totally not worth it in our opinion.

Dirty, felt unsafe, staff was rude. They did not like it when I asked for more toilet paper and a towel. Told me I had to come down and get it myself, but it was late and I was already in my pajamas. They told me that they “knew their duty” and were sorry but they can’t bring it to me. It upset me of course and I argued with them then hung up. About an hour later they sent the police to the room to kick us out. We in no way warranted that kind of treatment. We lost our money and booking.com can’t do anything about it either. I would never stay at this hotel again. I booked it because the ratings looked good, but in reality the place is in an unsafe location and it was very old and dirty.
