We had an excellent experience.
Pros:

We had a great experience! The people who work at Bridgewater care about their guests and were just great. We can’t thank them enough for such a positive experience. We also utilized the beautiful lobby area to play cards and it was nice to have laundry facilities. Thank You!

Personeel bij de balie was verschrikkelijk. Ongeïnteresseerd en onbeschoft. Douches zijn lachwekkend klein. Ons raam keek uit op een muur. Airco werkt nauwelijks. Stamt dit nog uit de Stalin tijd?

The manager was so helpful to a late flight in and a mixup with pickup at airport she went out of her way to help us. Best service ever we will be staying there again

Comfortable rooms in central location but lacking in communication

We asked for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the train station but they didn’t send one or even reply to our requests so we had to pay for a taxi

Convenient location. Mostly worked for our needs.
Pros:

Location was convenient. The breakfast was not worth the $12.95 we paid. Cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, bread/bagels. Overpriced. Would have gone elsewhere for breakfast but nearby restaurants weren't open at 7:00 am and we had a tour to catch.

Cons:

Cobwebs in several corners. We were told the shuttle (shared with Springhill Suites) was at the train station to pick us up. After 20 minutes we called. They sent a Lyft for us. Shuttle did show up and filled quickly with another 8-10 waiting for shuttle to come back. We scheduled shuttle for airport. Did not show up at scheduled time. after 10 minutes we told desk clerk who called a Lyft. By the time Lyft got there we were running tight on time.
