Dirty and unsafe despite $190 a night
Pros:

Cons:

The hotel building is 5 minutes away by car from the reception itself. The first room they gave me was not cleaned. The owner claimed it was clean in the afternoon but then it was not any more (someone broke in?). The second room's floor was dirty with a bunch of hair. Then I realized the balcony door was broken, and the owner did not care. I felt unsafe at this place and had to cancel my stay there.

Pros:

Buena ubicación. Instalaciones antiguas, pero funcionales. La cama muy bien. La bañera de hidromasajes, total!!

Cons:

Nos tocó un estudio, primer piso, en un bloque antiguo junto a la universidad. Nevera muy ruidosa. Cada vez que alguien entraba por la puerta de la calle a la escalera y cerraba, nuestra puerta del edtudio vibraba porque tenía mucha holgura.

Not what I was hoping for.
Pros:

Once inside, room was passable

Cons:

Place is scary. Lot unpaved and no lighting. This property is not as advertised. Check in is about 3/4 of a mile from rooms. It appears to be someone’s house. Again nothing paved or lighted. Building is run down. Room was actually not bad but the surrounding property is terrible. Did not feel safe there.

Short notice on my part, the folks stayed up to meet us and take us to the cottage
Pros:

A different vibe to the place, it was a myriad of hotel rooms and studios and cottages..
Kind of artsy and fun

Cons:

Parking was tough with a trailer in tow, yet we made it work
With the staff help.

Es war alles wie beschrieben.
Vermieterin sehr freundlich.
Unser Zimmer lag eine Strasse weiter in einem separaten Wohnkomplex.
Aussreichend Parkflächen vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich vom ursprünglichen Hotel benötigt dringend eine Überarbeitung. Der erste Eindruck war nicht gut.

Pros:

It was in a quiet area. Tall cypress trees, beautiful!!

Cons:

The room was small for 3 people. The bathroom you could do all things at 1 time, super small. Has 3 different locations, luckily the taxi driver had a number to call before leaving the airport. Make sure to know what location you're staying at. After checking in we are told how to get to our room. We left the one building to another building on site. We go in 1 door go upstairs, out through another door outside go down to another door and find the door the key goes in because no numbers are provided. It was an adventure. Breakfast was provided and was set up as buffet style. The buffet was set up as some kind of egg kish, make your own waffle and your choice of bread like toast or bagels. You did have an option to have cereal. They did try. The look on people's face was priceless when they saw the buffet. However we slept in a warm bed, ate what was provided and the experience was an experience. Enjoy the experience when you check in. That surprise is for you.

Great location but dirty room.
Pros:

The location was great. The flowers and outside were maintained. It was quiet and everyone minded their own business.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There was clear signs of the previous guest. The towels looked like they had been used to clean up an oil spill and then washed. The sheets did not seem clean.
