Une petite remise en état serait nécessaire
Pros:

Les lits étaient confortables.
Accueil plutôt sympathique même si peu d’échanges.

Cons:

Le logement mériterait un bon coup de remise en état. Juste ce qu’il faut pour manger sur place, couverts en quantité limites pour 6. Seulement 2 chaises. L’entrée dans l’établissement n’est pas très propre et attrayante.
Au final juste pour dormir cela suffit après avoir passé la déception.

Es war alles wie beschrieben.
Vermieterin sehr freundlich.
Unser Zimmer lag eine Strasse weiter in einem separaten Wohnkomplex.
Aussreichend Parkflächen vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich vom ursprünglichen Hotel benötigt dringend eine Überarbeitung. Der erste Eindruck war nicht gut.

Acted like they did have my reservation, it was like being in someone's house, towels were stained and moldy. TV didn't have right remotes.

Being away from the facilities such as laundry which were at the other property.. Difficult when you don't have a car.

Great Location
Pros:

The location was great. I was within walking distance of my medical facility. I was also about a 10-minute walk from the main street (Airport Way).

Property was very responsive to my concerns about the cleanliness of the unit. They dispatched cleaners (and arepair person) the very next day.

Cons:

The property is a micro chain of properties. The place you register at isn't the actual location. After taking an Uber there, I had to take another Uber to the actual location. I rented stays 3 different times, and each time, the actual location was different.

This time, the place was initially not really clean. I think the property owners just assumed the cleaners were cleaning. Also, the tub drain was clogged, and the shower rod was not installed correctly. The repair person did come,, but wasn't able to fix the clogged tub drain. The downstairs toilet room was too narrow. The only way to fit in was sideways.

Not clean, and they send you to another building at the end of the street with different name. the bed are smelly, the floor is not clean, the host is rude, hard to find the office, noisy stairs, mosquitos can get inside

A complete scam—filthy basement room, awful management, and they did not give me the room I actually paid for.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The service was terrible from the moment I arrived, and the entire experience was highly stressful and uncomfortable.

Cons:

Everything. When I arrived, the host blamed me for booking the room and said they weren't ready. They claimed the room I booked wasn't available and tried to force me to pay extra for a normal room. Instead, they sent me to a completely different location a 2-minute drive away, where I was forced to sleep in a basement.

To make matters worse, the place was incredibly filthy. There was hair everywhere, the floors weren't swept, there was dirt on the ground, and the towels were visibly dirty and clearly hadn't been washed. It felt like a cheap, sketchy motel. When I brought up these issues in the morning, the host just said "Okay" and didn't care at all. Extremely unprofessional and unhygienic.

This was a non-smoking room. It was obvious it had been smoked in and the cleaning staff attempted (unsuccessfully) to cover up the smell with PineSol. There was no ventilation in the room. At our request, the owner/operator provided a box fan for the single window.

Le lit beaucoup trop mou, nous n'avons pas pu utilisé la cuisinette elle manquait trop de tout ce qu'on a besoin pour cuisiner, même un spaghetti...
